I was very impressed with customer service. I inquired about trees and shrubs that I was interested in and all my questions were answered. In fact the person that was helping me actually had purchased the shrub! Their employees all seem to be educated or have a background in description and care.

Your website was easy to use to find a cassia tree to replace one we had purchased 2 years earlier from a local landscape company. That tree was planted deep enough and snapped in half from a wind storm. That company wanted $600 to replace the tree. We're so happy we found out about your company from a neighbor where we could plant a young cassia tree and install it ourselves and we also found the cardboard palm to fill in a space below some chinese fan palms to give us privacy from neighbors.

Quick delivery. Trees came looking very healthy, a lot better trees than I had expected with lots of leaves. Got them planted and they have already grown several inches and new leaves

Selection and Ordering was a breeze. The plant arrived 1/3 dead and I had to prune the dead parts off before planting. I planted it the day it arrived and when putting it in the ground more than half the dirt inch pot separated from the pot. I just packed the dirt back around the plant the best I could. Three day later the plant was completely brown and dead.

Shipment was not as planned. Trees were driy and almost dead when arrived. Having struggle keeping them alive due to them being so dry during shipment.

Trees and plants are doing well after being delivered during very hot weather.

Order approximately 5 different plants... currently 1 is doing outstanding, 2 doing OK, 1 the jury is still out. The one that is still questionable is the honeysuckle which is typically a very easy and evasive plant.

The ordering was simple and straight forward. The product arrived on time and packaged in a way that kept it from getting any damage. Not one leaf seemed hurt in the shipping. The tree looked healthy and I am extremely happy with the entire process. Definitely will order from you again thank you!

I was delighted to receive a mature everbearing strawberry plant. It arrived safely and unpacked with no problem. As shown in photos of mature plants, it was beautiful with several strawberries ripe for picking (and they were delicious). It now resides on our deck in its original pot, and I admire it every day. Soon there'll be more fruit to pick. And being on our deck, the rabbits won't get at it. The birds try, but I put a net over it and the berries are safe.

There could have been more instruction on how to care for the plant.

I got my apricot tree alive at arrival and alive several weeks later with new growing leaves. We will see next year if the tree still good and grow the same fruits I expected.

I ordered a blueberry bush and it took 3 weeks to ship. I believe it only ever shipped because I called almost everyday. I was told several different excuses and talked to many agent who claimed to help then did absolutely nothing. This company is beyond frustrating and truly disappointing.

Fast delivery. Large caudex. Leaves were yellow and fell off, but this is not unusual for a stressed adenium. Multiple new growths on all stems. I got the 1 gallon red flower adenium, which sold out quickly. I'm hoping next spring they will have the large adeniums again. Would purchase in a heart beat.

One of the trees died. It died. I need 50 characters why? It's pretty simple.

One tree carried damaged. Customer service responded immediately with a replacement.

I've ordered growing stock via mail order before-didn't work out well in the past but I was looking for a 'cocktail' fruit tree and FGT had them. The prices were a little high but the carefully packed trees I got a few days later were very nice. Vibrant, well tended if a little worse for the wear-there we're a couple of obligatory brown leaves and some small dead branches I pruned but that was it. I was a little concerned because I was not able to plant them right away-it took about 10 days for me to finally get them in the ground, I kept them well hydrated during that time and said a lot of prayers but they seem to be thriving now and I'm very pleased. I have read other positive reviews about this company and am happy that I can add to the growing list of accolades. If I were to add one small con to my very 'pro' list it would be that I had a $10 coupon from my first order that I forgot to apply to my second order and don't know if FGT would honor the coupon after the purchase!

My tree arrived almost three weeks after it was shipped. It sat in Hutchins Tx lost for days. After not receiving it, I called you to tell you I hadn't received it. You quickly shipped me another free of charge. Well they finally arrived both at the same time. Needless to say both dead as a door nail. I planted the second one in the hopes it would revive. It still shows no sign of life.
