Trees came in dry and damaged. Two root balls were destroyed.

Well crated & protected. Out of the box into the ground as advertised.

Trees arrived within days of ordering and in great condition. So far so good. I was able to get them planted the next evening.

I ordered 2 trees, a 6-7 ft elm and a 5-6 foot pink Dogwood. The trees were shipped together in a box that was not long enough. The elm had the top cut off of it with bent and broken branches, some leaves brown and curled. The dogwood is beautiful. I have a guarantee and have been in contact with the company. Every time I look at that tree I want to cry, it looks pityfull!

Ordered 5-6 foot peach tree, they said would be producing peaches this year... Got a 4 ft. Pittiful looking tree I over paid for by $100... Never Again. Local hardware store $40-60$ I paid $160 in hopes of having fruit this year, i called they refunded me $30 YAY. I just hope the P. O. S. Lives. Dont fund these people...

Trees were delivered with black spot. TWICE. I will never order from Fast Growing Trees again

Rose trees were tiny, in the right size container but for the price Tiny.

Living in Southern California, and ordering in the summer can cause problems with the trees arriving dry. But customer service has always been very responsive and helpful in making the situation right. I will continue to order from FastGrowing Trees. I love their selection. They have lots of trees that are not easy to find locally, and the site makes it extremely convenient.

They consistently ship good product at a good price in a short period of time.

Trees showed up in very bad shape. Leaves are brown and falling off. I'm trying to nurse the trees to health but after two weeks it is not getting much better.

Everything from the packaging boxes, handling and shipping, to the liveness and health of their trees is exceptional; well beyond the cost. I recommend planting an orchard so you can walk around through it.

Tree arrived looking putrid after extra days in a FedEx truck. Followed instructions to water before planting. Planted, looks dead still. What little green was left on the upper branch disappeared within 5 days...

I ordered one of the Phenomenal Lavender Plant to see how it looked and based on that beautiful mature plant that arrived - I ordered 3 more. The 2nd shipment of 3 was VERY DISAPPOINTING. Issues with the order arriving in a timely fashion - and then they arrived and were nothing like the 1st.

These 3 were baby plants. Could take years to mature. I cannot plant them next to the first order since they are not close in growth stages at all. If they were slightly different that would be one thing. Plants cannot match perfectly - but how can the first order come fully mature and and ready to go - and then next order a week later are starter plants?

The order came well packed, and healthy. The transplant was easy, and it is thriving.
