I order the lemon tree that was 2 ft tall. It was delivered quickly and in excellent condition. I planted it exactly as instructed and have been pleasantly pleased at all the new growth in such a short time.
Quick shipping. Both trees were well packaged. One was way fuller than the other - hoping that they both will thrive in the ground. The Tulip tree seems to be growing excellently.
My tree that I purchased failed to thrive. I was unhappy with the results and thought it was a lost cause to even reach back out to the company. Jenice from fastgrowingtrees.com heard of my misfortune and offered a satisfactory result in getting my purchase refunded and credit for another purchase. I was stunned they reached out and offered such a solution to my problem. For that, only place for none local purchases will be from this company.
After one tree arriving and dying immediately, I reached out to FastGrowingTrees. They were very quick to respond and ultimately ship me a new tree of the same size/variety. So far, so good for the new tree!
I got a willow which somehow contracted black canker, and now a banana tree that had all but two leaves broken off of it. And my orange raspberries died.
I had purchased a cherry tree with warranty. The tree took a turn downhill so I called customer service to see what I should do. They were quick and understanding. They held the shipment as I would be in vacation and sure enough, just a few days after returning from vacation, a new tree arrived. It's doing great so far.

Ordered a redbud tree, 6 red twig dogwood bushes (quart size) and 4 catmint (gallon). By happenstance, they were shipped on a very steamy summer week. The tree arrived sodden but I think we're good, showing new growth, the dogwood looks like it's been through hell, but after two weeks, they look like they may be recovering. 2 catmint are thriving, and 2 were DOA - I planted them, but it was pretty obvious they were goners. I purchased the plant insurance, but it's a PIA to have to go through the process and redo the work. This is a great and worthwhile service if you don't have time or access to a great local nursery. But if there's one close by, it will likely save you time and energy in the long run.
It took me over 3 hours of phone time and about 3 weeks to get my non backorder items. I received 2 trees in terrible shape delivered end to end. Then after a ton of messages and calls I received 3 more bushes. Then I had to call again and deal with all this again to get the last 5 plants. I still have one on backorder, but I am SO disappointed. The only plants that I received that didn't look like they went through a dryer was the last batch of 5. In fact the lady I talked to that time was amazing but overall this whole experience was... ridiculous

I really don't care to leave a review but, I'm getting 2-3 emails a day begging me for one so, here you go……. The blueberry bushes arrived alive and are still alive.

We received the trees in a timely manner and they all looked great when we unpacked them. Two weeks later and they are all looking good.
I purchased 2 gallon lavenders and one ruby ficus. The ficus arrived looking wonderful and has stayed happy and healthy. The lavenders, however, arrived parched and promptly died. I requested a replacement and was sent two teeny tiny 9" lavender plants instead of the gallon plants I paid for. When I contacted customer service, they said they couldn't ship the gallon size any longer. I had to request a refund since they offered no solution. They have only refunded me for one lavender. Not very great service. Based on the ficus, I was happy. Based on the lavenders, I would not purchase from this company again.

Was very pleased with how the plant was packaged and arrived in great shape. Plants doing great!
The plants arrive in great condition. Similar to the look of fresh cut flowers. However, similar to this, in a few weeks most of them looked wilted with dried brown leaves falling off. Not for a lack of watering or garden soil, since they were placed at different locations with sun exposure.

The wisteria vines were more mature than I expected and very happy with how healthy & large they were!
