We had problems with FedEx delivery destroying our plants. Fast growing trees customer service were great and sent replacements with no argument.
Ordered a butterfly bush, and a Wisteria tree. Both arrived within a few days, packaged well, and intact. Planted as directed, just planted a few days ago. So far, so good.
I accidentally ordered a tree that does not grow in my zone. Wish someone reached out to confirm if I do want the tree.
Not sure how to care for a plant, if it will survive, or it dies?! Reach out to Fast Growing Trees customer service, and they will give advice, information and consistently professional customer service. This is my favorite plant store, and online shopping experience.

I was sent a graphed tree in which I did not want it died then they gave me a coupon for it but it was less than what the tree was so I got an apple tree it died two days after planting I'm done with them and their products and will tell others not to use them

I was sent two 100% FRIED trees. Bogus execution of a warranty replacement. The trees I purchased were planted and maintained by a professional tree company. Receipts sent and what I received back was a burnt box of trees. #KeepIt

My plants arrived alive. Lemon and lime trees are green and doing well. The vanilla bean container was broken on arrival and half the plant is yellow, attempting to save it but to early to tell
Plants arrived, some with broken stems, some with mostly Dead Leaves and one almost all dead leaves. One had a plastic tie tied around near the base that was so tight that I couldn't get a small scissor in there to cut it. Asked for a refund on one honeysuckle bush that was mostly dead. No reply

Blueberry plants arrived quickly after ordering, they are planted and growing so far.
I ordered the tree on line and received as promised. The tree had several brown leaves and another tree was sent
Plum arrived in good shape as did second raspberry, both are planted and doing well. Sad to say J Beetles like the plum, had to spray.

I have fertilized, watered, planted and tended to these dead bushes like they're my babies. Yet bro see whatever this site talks about. I got rose trees and Jasmine trees. Both of which I have had over a year from another source and they're healthy as can be.

Love this tree but it was $$$$ like twice as expensive as a tree the same size at lowes.
We apologize for the inconvenience! A lot of trees can be grown in pots and be brought indoors in the winter months which is why we do not restrict from purchasing outside of a growing zone.
