One tree very looks wilted but it's extremely hot here.
But they're about 2 weeks old and they may come out of it.

The trees I got were just a stick. Branches broken off in the box during packaging, branches obviously broken off previously. Even the primary "stem," gone on one of them. Half of the dirt from the pot had fallen out and the roots were exposed during transport. The way they wrap plastic around pot is not working. I called and they were very quick and responsive and replaced them. The new ones came with no broken limbs but again the trees lost 1/2 of the dirt in the pot due to bad packaging. The height was as described but not much to them in branches.

Online shopping provider much needed advice for each plant reviewed. The juniper and hydrangeas purchased arrived in 2-3 days and all looked great. So easy... my next plant(s) will come from FastGrowingTrees.com
One of our three trees died. Talked with someone and gave them the info needed and they replaced the tree super quick! Other two tress were doing great!
Sold and charged Vanilla hydrangea when clearly the color is just green / white
When the temperatures are very hot, the plant may not be able to put out the strawberry color but once the temperatures cool down, you'll be able to see the changes in colors more. If you continue to have issues, please let us know and we'll make it right!
The tree is fine and looks healthy however I could've bought a bigger one at Lowe's or Home Depot for a lesser price, I just hope it's the color that I wanted, I will have to wait until next year when it blooms it's too small right now to bloom this year

I purchased several plants and tree. All but two are striving. I asked for substitutes under the year warranty. Reply was timely and courteous, and I received the items in just a view days. Amazingly, both substitutes were more mature plants. Thus, I did not loose the growth time because my two plants did not make it after a few month. Both plants are doing great.
Purchased a 3 gallon Peace Lily which arrived a little brown and had a gray spot on it. Contacted support. Received an instant reply from a wonderful lady. She gave me a few instructions, and my plant began to show signs of progress within a couple of days. I definitely recommend Fast Growing Trees. Excellent customer support. Love my plant!
I'm not happy about the service and I pay more and I get the small size tree

We purchased the extra warranty for cherry trees. Trees started growing and then one died, 5 months after planted. Called for replacement, sent a picture and new tree was sent when it became available. Great customer service!
Laura was amazing! She walked me throughout the whole process. Which let me tell isn't that easy to find out what trees will work the best at our difficult location Bozeman MT.
Customer service was good but my palms are just not doing very well. I was skeptical about ordering online and was disappointed that both palms were infected. The replacement was even infected and I was told to wait 3-4 weeks to see how the palms do bc of shock. It's been a week so far and it's not turning for the better. So I have another 3 weeks.
