Trees arrives in excellent condition and timely! I was very satisfied.

Overall rating excellent. We did have a slight issue that they immediately took care of. One of the trees we ordered arrived damaged and we planted it hoping it would survive. It was obvious after only a couple of weeks that it wasn't going to make it. We called them and they have sent another one to replace the dead tree. Great company to deal with!

I purchased for my daughter and family. They had my dog for 2 weeks.
I know they are excited for getting the first peaches.

Ordering online was easy. The plants arrived in excellent condition. They were actually larger and more robust than the expected.

All the trees arrived healthy & they had new growth on them. They have continued to flourish. I bought the citrus care kit & the tropical care kit to help them have a good start. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Well I ordered the avocado pollination pack of 1 Hass and 1 Cold Hardy avocado tree. When it arrived I unpacked and notice the top 4" of the Hass was snapped off and the Cold Hardy was knocked out of pot. Contacted FGT and they sent a replacement for the Hass. The replacement lost all of its leaves but has strong new growth now and seems to be doing well. In the original order I had also purchased 6ft apricot tree and had no issues with it.

Lavender plants died. New shipment and one is dying the other looks half dead. The vines wisteria and amethyst did not make it. The tree is great along with the butterfly bushes, Camilla and periwinkle.

The shopping, ordering and delivery were a breeze.
It's only been two weeks, planted and recovered from their trip. Now comes the patient part. Watching them grow.

The Sage bushes I purchased were half dead when they arrived. They didn't make it after planting. A real waste of time and money.

Aside from root ball completely dried out, one tree came in wilted beyond description and died in my arms. Called in the problem and they were going to send a replacement for the wilted one but I would have to wait 4 months before they were available. The other 2 trees that were staved have been planted but was told that they were in shipping shock( a completely dry root ball idnt shipping shock in my opinion, but will wait the 30 days they requested me too. I did not like the fact that when I called in the problem the first thing said to me was" I see you didnt buy the insurance so there's not much I can do"... I hopr that associate has been relieved of duty and is happy folding tacos at a local eatery.

The little miss foggiest tree arrived in great condition. It a fig must have fallen off during shipping but I am glad to know my little tree will bear friut.

I received a beautiful Bambino fiddle leaf tree. It was lovely except that it was so dirty, it is going to take me hours to clean. I contacted the company and they were very kind and generous and offered to immediately send me a replacement. Again, it was a lovely tree but disgustingly dirty.

I will not be able to refer my friends & family to this company due solely to the conditions in which they send the trees out.

At least I got 2 trees for the price of one, but lots of work.

I love fiddle leaf fig trees. I do not like to give negative reviews but I am telling the truth. I have pictures to prove it.

Ordered 6 boxwood Received 4 (2 damaged). Talked with customer service they told me they are sending 2 missing and 2 damaged. 4 total. Send just 2 and the plants are yellow. I am not ordering more here in the future.

I needed to replace my Crepe Myrtles (by the way I ordered from The Tree Center)because they died from Aphid. Once your tree is infected it's almost impossible to survive no matter how much you treat the tree. I received my Myrtles today covered with the white sticky Aphid. All 5 trees/bushes. The tree came with it's own bug that chewed holes in most of the leaves. The trees lacked healthy satisfaction. Extreamly disappointed. I've ordered from the Tree Center in the past all of my orders where healthy.
