Arrived early in wonderful condition with instructions

All are planted and thriving!

Received and email for bogo on some Muhly Grass paid $100 to get four plants Received 2 when I called to ask where the other 2 where the girl on the other end said apparently the sale ended while my cart was been paid for
Even when I ask to pay the difference for the 4 pack which would have cost me another $50 plus shipping they would not do it
So watch out for the old bait and switch
Even after spending close to $500 on other plants
I guess the can afford to loose great customers
Nothing but thieves will never spend another dime with these folks.
And certainly can not recommend to others

My plants arrived almost dead and died. Waste of money

Planted hours after receiving. They both seem to be doing well thus far. I waited until slightly cooler weather on a waning moon toward Autumnal Equinox. We'll see how they do in the Spring... whether I can skip the "sleep" year... and go straight to "creep" or "leap." They are already putting a bit of new growth on their tips from this year. My only quibble is they're labeled as five gallon plants, but the root ball on them was more like a three-gallon size.

Lemon trees came in great shape, handled the shipment and transplanting without an issue. In fact there is new growth. Amazing products

I was expecting to receive a taller tree instead of the little one you sent.

I bought two trees and they were completely wilted on arrival. I planted them and tried to revive it, but it was already dead. I sent two pictures to the customer service department. After my first email, I was told to wait 3 to 4 weeks, which would put me past the guarantee time frame. I didn't send a second picture of black shriveled up trees and no one responded. They put a guarantee on their trees, but they do not honor it.

The trees were delivered stuffed in a box and mostly brown.

I have ordered several palm trees from Fast Growing Trees. They were all very well packaged and arrived in excellent condition. They love their new home and have adjusted well.

I was sent a very poor quality tree, it's lost half its leaves and are still losing them.

Very easy shopping. They have everything you need!
Pricey and questionable if products survive.

I ordered three plants, two of which were large plants/tree. They were smashed into a very small box, upon opening dirt was everywhere and they needed repotting immediately, which I wasn't planning on doing at that moment. Many leaves and branches were broken. The plants recovered and are of good quality. Shipping was fast too

I ordered the wisteria tree, which we are very excited about. It arrived in the time frame promised. We took it out of the box immediately and watered it deeply. The soil that the tree arrived in was almost hot, and the leaves looked like they were eaten by bugs. But after a cool drink of water it perked up a tad. It was planted the next day and is still alive today, about a month later. I have high hopes for this tree.

My trees were received and planted, but sadly the Tulip Poplar appears to be dead. The Willow Tree is thriving and hopefully will grow to be a beautiful tree. We have finally had some rain here in Texas which helps immensely.

This order is for my second apple tree and I am so pleased with the quality and shipping time for both trees.

Ordered three trees. Received wilted and broken. Company sent new trees. Received the same way. Only two of the three trees are survivable and just that. Company said it was too hot to ship. Then why ship them?

Trees arrives in excellent condition and timely! I was very satisfied.
