I had a Paulonia tree for 79.99 in my cart but when I went to order it said they were sold out. I mistakenly got one for 129.00. That was hard on my budget.
We received our little avocado tree quickly and it was very well packed. HOWEVER... the awful heat (three digits in the shade) had taken a toll. The tree was limp and the leaves were dark, and some were beginning to drop off. We have coddled it along, indoors, and it is now doing beautifully. It lost most all its original leaves but new ones abound! It has straightened back up and seems happy.
Very happy will buy more very satisfied was a little worried because fed x llet them sit for 2 day but still in very good condition
I ordered 2 trees and 2 vines. They came in just 2 days, were packaged perfectly, and were all healthy and bigger than I expected. Very pleased and will use fast growing trees again.
Awesome trees Great customer support! This is my third time buying a tree from fast growing trees. The other two are doing fabulous. This one was shipped during some weird heat wave we had and arrived not doing too well sadly. ( temps over 102) I called customer service showed a picture, and they were right on it and ship me a new tree! This new tree is doing fantastic thank you guys so much for such a good service and a great products!

I called customer service and told the person whom I spoke with that the Hydrangea that they sent had many diseased leaves and dead branches. He processed a full refund immediately.
I ordered 3 (1-2') Meyer Lemon trees and two sets of John's and Adam's Elderberry gallon plants. All of them were beautiful and well packaged. Unfortunately, one of the elderberry plants was crushed and broken. The customer service was fast and friendly and they helped me fix the situation. I will absolutely order from them again and recommend their plants. I used to run a small edible plant nursery and these plants are VERY healthy and should do well for you if you follow the care instructions. Thank you!

My tree arrived in poor condition, so I contacted the company and was very pleased with a very quick response and reassurance. That I wouild be taken care of it it died. Well so far it still looks poorly. But appears to be alive. Great Service
The website very clearly describes what to expect from the various trees. I wanted some container trees for my patio. I live in an extremely hot part of suburban Los Angeles and needed something that could take extreme heat. With the information on the website I was able to order two different trees. They came quickly, in perfect health and are already thriving. I think they've been here a month?

My trees arrived quickly and were incredibly healthy when they got here. They have been in the ground for two weeks and all 20 trees are thriving.
2 of the 3 trees look great on arrival. 1 was quite poorly in appearance. Planted with 4 hours of receipt anyway. But the tree has only a couple of leaves albeit the trunk is green.
Easy purchase experience. The plants were in great shape and arrived very quickly. They had been well-pruned, have great shape, and were very hardy. No apparent stress from shipping. Three weeks later they are thriving. First time purchased from this company but would definitely do so again.
Tree looked healthy on arrival. However, there were very few roots on tree other than tap root. It was fenced in for protection and watered regularly, but all the leaves fell off, and it died within a couple weeks. I will be ordering another one in later September.
Be careful, the hybrid poplar grow crazy fast. They really outgrow their strength. I had two snap tigjt in half in moderate winds. That's what you give up though for trees that grow this fast.
Can't wait for my trees to grow and be beautiful. Will buy again

FEDEX delivered a box that was broken in half and one end of the box was comletely open. Both 6 ft. Apricot trees had several branches broken, and the wilted leaves had insect/mite damage and had many dark spots. I pruned the broken branches and removed the damaged leaves, and planted them according to the guide that was included. Now, after only a few days in the ground, the leaves on both trees are no longer limp and are looking much better.
