Purchased tree and warranty. Tree didn't make it. Called and warranty was honored and new tree received within 5 days. Excellent service.
Fast to get here and fast to get their work done. Very professional they did a wonderful job
After almost 2 weeks, I realized the trees did not seem to do well. So i emailed "*******@fastgrowingtrees.com, to get some advice; but the email came back as undeliverable... So i waited another 2 weeks to see if the trees were improving, but in vain. So I email via the website along with pictures of the 3 dead trees (on 4 bought), and i still did not hear back from them! Very disappointing!
3 hydrangeas arrived in bad shape. They looked like the plants you see at Home Depot on the reduced shelf, have dead, hardly looking like the plant you imagined they'd be. Told to give them time to recover. No better after a week of care, I only hope they recover enough to make it through winter to spring. I will buy plants of this size and cost at a nursery next time so I can see them in healthy condition even if they cost more. I have them in pots and I expect they will recover but I'm 82 and not sure I'lll live long enough.

Fast Growing trees not only delivered my order well packaged, but quickly. When I had questions regarding my new plant, they were very responsive. Great place to get your house plant needs.
There was a lot of information on each product and it is easy to find the products I am looking for. So much information on care, planting, zones and so on. The shipping was excellent. They had each product protected like fort knox. I had called a few times and someone answered the phone within 15 seconds... Even on a Sunday.
The staff were so good on the phone.

The tree… well, it's a pretty small vine, at the moment.
I come from the land of Mulberry Trees, and unfortunately, this will take 20 years for a 'Tree' to stand in my yard.
I live where the soil is clay, so it's really important to make sure you have this correct, insofar as planting.
Coffee grounds and orange peels can add the acid that the clay soil in C. O struggles with.
I'm a pretty good gardener, which is why I think I can say that if your expectations of a mulberry tree are in mind, make sure you're under 30 to see a 'truck' come from this order.

I received two plants. They both looked dead (very fry leaves) however I planted them both but only one has leaf out.
No problems at all I have started a garden so I will contact for more trees
I ordered Knockout Roses, and they came exactly as promised and looking healthy and strong. We have followed the directions in planting them and watering them, and they are doing great. We have flowers and buds and green leaves and we are very pleased with them.
I expected a large tree for the price I paid, but received one at barely 12". Hope it grows fast!

Fast Growing trees have proven to be a great resource for trees and shrubs for us. We recently purchased two blueberry plants that came well protected but also mature enough to see blueberries next year. They are already showing signs of growth.
Ordered 2 Fruit cocktail trees and one was in bad shape and I'm expecting it to die and the other one was ok. I did e-mail you about this and never herd back, so poor quality trees and poor quality customer service

Website has great information on all their plants and it is easy to navigate. Our plants arrived promptly and were packaged very well. They all arrived in good health and their appearance was just as expected. Will continue to use this company in the future.
The tree appeared to have been growing in a box. I wish I ordered a smaller size. Very sad. I had to cut most of it down.

I ordered a Japanese Maple tree. The customer service when ordering was excellent. Unfortunately when the tree arrived I was shocked with the condition the tree was in. I initially thought I'd return it although I decided to keep it and do everything within my power to help this tree survive and thrive into a healthy tree. Fingers crossed!
