Plants are not surviving would like to replace please

We ordered two trees and a plant/bush.

When they arrived, all were dehydrated and the wrapping on the bases wasn't secure and soil/nutrients had spilled everywhere. We were able to nurture the trees to stabilize, but the plant/bush never recovered and died within a day. Even with continued attempts to recover, the plant never came back to life.

I've seen that they package the trees with care and offer great step by step instructions and follow up products for the health and continued growth of the plants. I appreciate they they seem to care about the well being of the plants and the consumers experience alike.

I ordered two trees. One of them showed up in great shape, no problems at all. I waited two weeks for the 2nd tree and I finally contacted the company and they said they were out of stock. Come to find out they were in stock when I bought purchased it, but there was something wrong with the trees. I was aggravated that there was no transparency from the company. They didn't attempt to contact me and let me know. They said the tree I ordered would be available next June. The gal I was chatting with was not apologetic and I found the whole encounter disappointing. I understood and was okay with the reason I did not receive my tree. I was aggravated because they did not reach out to tell me it would not be coming until June. Also that the attitude of the customer service gal was lackluster.

The trees arrived in careful packaging, they are very healthy!

I will use this company again! The site was easy to navigate and my order was fulfilled as promised. I find the prices very reasonable as the plants came in very good condition and at a good size.

I purchased two trees. An apricot tree and an everbearing mulberry. Both trees were in extremely poor condition upon arrival. I called Fast Growing Trees and told them that the trees were in really bad shape. They told me to wait two weeks to see if they bounce back. It has been 10 days and the mulberry seems to be improving, but the apricot is in even worse shape. I planted them according to the instructions and have watered them daily. The prices are way too high to get such a poor product.

Order arrived within a week. Trees were well packaged and boxes were not damaged. One tree looked to have been overwatered or already experiencing transplant shock in transport, and it's dropped quite a few leaves, but has stabilized and has some healthy leaves and new growth.

Delivery was super quick. However, the delivery service left the box upside down (arrow shwing which way was up was pointing down!).
Also, it looks like 2 of the ten trees, which are dwarf size, aren't showing any progress. I sent a message about that but haven't heard anything back.

I order a Top Hat Blueberry Bush on 8/4/2022 and received on 8/9/2022, I planted right away when I received, but the blueberry bush is dying, I worte a email with my blueberry pecture on 8/14/2022. In15 minutes later, the plant expert" Autumn " offering replace one for me. I recived a new Top Hat Blueberry plant on 8/19/2022. I really appreciate Autumn, the costomer sevece care about my orders.

I have had an excellent experience with the many trees and blueberry bushes I've bought from FastGrowingTrees.com.

I even put my DuraHeat River Birch to the test and let it dry out on my porch in a heat wave (not recommended) then planted it in the ground and it has recovered nicely.

My meyer lemon, Italian cypress, and arbequina olive trees are all healthy and happy.

Ordered thru the site - arrived in good condition and packaged well. The trees are very healthy and I am pleased with purchase!

I spent over $600 in a single transaction and they sent me smallest possible plants. When I asked to replace one of them they refused.

I will be very surprised i some day i will ever see growing to it is dead already

My sister has a beautiful boxwood hedge in Canada and I was looking for a hedge for my yard, so I started to research and found just what I was looking for at Fast-Growing Trees.

Bad experience, I bought the plant for my lawer, he made a big favor, i wanted to show my appreciation. When his secretary sent a picture of the plant I felt so embarrassed, THE PLANT WAS ALL DRY at the bottom, small, pale color.

Great customer service but the product arrived trashed. They quickly replaced it only to have Fedex destroy the shipping packaging as if it had been run over numerous times. The plant seemed to be ok so i repotted it and we are in a wait and see mode at present.
