It was so sad to see all 3 trees we ordered arrive late and dead. We waited a while for the pomegranate tree to come back in stock and then waited quite a while to get it, and I was so sad to see our lemon, fig and pomegranate trees arrive dead.

The tree is not surviving. The leaves were off the tree upon arrival. The soul was really hot. The tree is not surviving. I'm giving it another week then i will call it in.

Only 1 out of the 4 trees was received with zero brown spots. The other 3 have several dead branches or leaves on them. Still waiting to see if they can be brought back to health. Extremely disappointed in our first and most likely our last purchase from this website.

The shrubs have been planted against a barren wire fence--for privacy and safety. The houseplants have replaced those I haven't had in years and had just the right5 spot for both!

I purchased a Meyer lemon tree and a bougainvillea. Unfortunately Southern CA was experiencing a record breaking heatwave at the time. Both arrived somewhat stressed, although this was no fault of the merchant. They were well packed with clear instructions on the box. The lemon tree has pulled through and is thriving. No matter how hard I tried to save the bougainvillea, it perished. I had purchased insurance on my order (HIGHLY recommended). After notifying the company of the issue, a new plant was arranged to be shipped to me in about five minutes. I'm thrilled! The heat has finally broken and my new baby looks to be thriving.

I'm so impressed. I most definitely WILL be buying from Fast Growing Trees again and I can't recommend them enough.

It was fine but the price was not cheaper and the quality was just fine.

My plants took longer to arrive than expected. I ordered a group of 4 Knockout Roses and only 3 came and all 3 were in bad shape with broken stems. A Hydranger plant plant costing$40.00 was very small about 10 inches high and few leaves. The Poinciana tree was nnot bad but the trunk was only the circumference of my little finger and it cost $129.00. The other 2 plants were of average condition. I spent $ 629.00 and did not get that value. I immediately called and spoke to Joshua and complained also called a 2nd time to complain of the missing plant and the death of the 3 roses that

No directions on how to care for either plant I purchased- it required that I go online to find out how to care for my orange tree and the banana tree- we thought the banana was almost dead fortunately we found out online how to care for it- very disappointed in the lack of help

Received plants in undamaged containers, well packaged. Tried to follow xplanting instructions as carefully as possible and seemed to be successful with the three evergreen junipers and the Honeysuckle. The two Knock-out rose plants do not seem to have done well. Each of the two rose plant have leaves all wilted with no real indication of life. I will leave the plants a few weeks to see if something begins to revive as I have zero experience. I was so hoping to see some beautiful roses soon.

I purchased a pear tree and hydrangea the first time and paid for the "guarantee". Tree lost it's leaves immediately and the hydrangea was dead upon arrival. Asked for my money back and all they offered was a store credit. Purchased a peach tree and forsythia. Both died within a week. Asked for money back and again got a store credit. Each time I purchased the guarantee and paid around $50 extra as the plant/trees I purchased kept rising in price or were out of stock. So I got 3 quart size hydrangea for what was supposed to be a pear tree and a hydrangea I have paid over $200 for that. So far the replacement hydrangea haven't died, but it's only been 2 weeks since they arrived. Will never purchase from here again. Will pay a little more and buy from Stark Brothers where I see others having better luck.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Plant arrived after 10 days in truck. Diseased and dead.

I was concerned that our Boxwood bushes might
be stressed due to our hot, dry desert climate but all arrived quickly and in good condition. They were packed very well. They have been in the ground for two or three weeks and seem to be doing just fine. Even the honeysuckle seems to be growing.

Was nice surprised when after some months got call from Fast Growing Tree, s customer office that trees I was interested with are available. Soon my gingko trees arrived home in excellent shape and are now planted in my garden. I would recommend U company to all my family members and friends.

They shipped my order via FedEx who did not read the directions on the box. It was left at my door upside down on the leaves which resulted in a broken tree. I called them, sent pictures and they replaced the tree. It arrived in great condition yesterday.

I was just browsing the website when I found the desert rose and the coffee plant. I am going to use these as houseplants and after 2 weeks they are thriving. Love the choices available through the website.
