We purchased the one year warranty with our 20 Thujia trees last fall. We had concerns about several of them over the winter, but customer service gave us great advice and most of the trees were fine. We did end up needing to use our warranty to replace a few. To our surprise the experience was extremely easy and pleasant. We will definitely be buying more trees from FGT. Also, the trees were packed and shipped with care and they all arrived in good condition. The root system of each tree was actually larger than the trees themselves.

Was looking forward to healthy trees. Ordered two fignomenal fig trees. Arrived 3 days later than scheduled. Trees were delayed in Hutchins, Texas. When they did arrive, the trees looked wilted and dried leaves with brown rusty spots. Several leaves had already fallen off. I am still hoping they will survive.

Delivery seem less, product as described and pictured on line…excellent condition and very healthy

I am so surprised at the quality of these trees. I was hesitant to order online and not see them first, but the trees are healthy and strong, and some are already fruiting! Delivery was fast and customer service is incredible. I will definitely be buying more!

I had issues with my banana trees in the spring and I sent photos and customer service sent me new trees immediately! It was incredible.

First time ordering plants online. Though the shipping company held things up for days... this company sent replacement product out right away.

This was sent as a gift, the receiver loved it so much they wanted to know where I got it from so they could order 2 more!

Shipping takes too long to Northwest Montana. I have to nurse trees back after too many days in a non-temperature controlled truck. Chestnut tree didn't make it. Nordmax 21 recovered. Didn't bother trying to get a replacement becauae I didn't want another tree to die.

I have purchased many plants over the years, but I have never received any so well packaged! These are some of the healthiest I have EVER received! Do not hesitate purchasing from Fast Growing Trees! You will NOT be disappointed!

Learn from my mistake. Shop at your local nursery or even big box store first and you will save money. I bought pink muhly grass and paid $29 per shrub but they were only 1 gallon. That very week while shopping at the local Home Depot I found the exact same plant in a 2 gallon size for $22.

Plants arrived in a few days after ordering and they were in good condition. Just overpriced.

Very underwhelming, the trees are very small and packaged in a box. The small trees we're not in good shape after I open the boxes. And day later I painted the 5 trees and watered them, but it was too late. The trees didn't survive. $600 plus dollars down the tube. You're better off at your local nursery and paying a little extra for bigger healthier trees.

First purchase was two blueberry bushes. They were young plants and they didn't survive the summer. Notified FastGrowing Trees and they immediately issued me a full instore credit. Purchased three more mature bushes and they arrived quickly and healthy. In the ground and seem to bbe doing well.

I had a problem with one of the plants i received and I reached out and they were great with customer service... I've been doing business with Fast Growing Trees for years now.

The trees are cute and as advertised.the FedEx delivery service is awful. Trees were unnecessarily delayed for days in a hot warehouse, then when delivered they didn't put the boxes in the abundant shade, but in the middle of my driveway with full, very hot sun. I had two different purchases and 3 deliveries... deliveries all bad. Some trees died right away and fast trees replaced... but a few more died by the next day so not replaced. Not happy with the delivery and planting season is ending here til next spring...

I'm glad I did some research on fig trees and decided that I wanted to order my cousin a brown turkey fig tree. I found you on the Internet and was impressed. So far there are 4 figs growing on the tree. My cousin is so excited to be able to get a little taste this fall.
