The sure for this transaction charged me for shipping twice. Please revise it and correct the double charge.
2 bought 2 Toyon trees and in identical environments one of the trees died and no replacement was offered

We've ordered from Fast Growing Trees multiple times over the last year, including one very large order, and overall have had a great experience. A few of our trees unfortunately didn't make it through to the next season, but their customer service was amazing. They responded quickly, made the process easy, and even helped us on a Sunday.
All of our fruit trees have had incredible growth and are thriving. We've been really impressed with the quality of the trees and how well they've established. Definitely one of the better online plant companies we've worked with!

Received a peach tree and had peaches the 1st year. Two if my bushes had some damage from shipping, but it was minimal.
Was happy with the way my bonsai's were packaged and in great shape. Smaller than I expected but in healthy shape.
Poor quality last time. Giving them one more chance.
I have only a couple of plants that did not work very well after/towards the end of their first year. It was probably my bad soil (clay) and poor soil prep.
I did have a challenge with a fruit cocktail tree. It really struggled & looks like two out of three grafts are dead. The trunk is still alive but I may only have one variety of fruit if if lives.

I have previously purchased a Japanese Maple tree and after a year, the tree had issues. I contacted Fast Growing Trees and they were able to tell me what was wrong and how to revive the tree. It is now growing beautifully!
Previous purchase was a gift, once planted thrived.
