Ok. It has excellent photos and the range of plants is very good. The descriptions are interesting and informative. It's fun to read and learn about what is happening in horticulture.
I bought 6 plants last year. (4 strawberry, 2 diff types of rhododendron.) 3 strawberries died, 1 lived and produced around 2-4 strawberries. I thought the rhododendrons had 1 year warranty so didnt claim it right away, I gave it time. It never did survive so I asked before the year was up. Apparently it was only a 60 day warranty. It was definitely not doing good in 60 days but wasnt completely dead at that time. I come to order for the spring and then thats when I found out it was only 60 days. It was on the receipt, I just didnt look. Thats my fault. Out of good faith I was offered 25% so I used it. If these ones dont survive or thrive, I will have to be done with this site, regardless of warranty.
Bought the Vanilla Twist Weeping Red bud for front yard. Lovely tree.
I will be very concise and direct. Ordered a tree and it died. I took pictures sent in and only got a store credit. It was not the full amount. I tried using it to buy another tree and still ended up spending another $90.00 for the new tree, so yes I feel like I was ripped off, I have used fast growing trees for about 10 years now. I won't after this experience.
We have had nothing but great products and service. We ordered when we lived in Tennesseee and now in Florida. So appreciate their good quality products.
Both Fuji Apple trees Are planted and doing good. One even has a tiny apple on it.

Received the plants and followed the instructions and a year later they are just great can't complain about anything.
Fed X did not follow the instruction on shipping and put pkg on ground the wrong way cause it said on the pkg this side up but they didn't do that and I almost lost one of the butterfly bushes but I did manage to bring it back to life, and if this shipping issue happens again this time I will never order from you again. But I'm really hoping it won't happen again. And I feel I didn't get the customer support from you guys.

I ordered a Sugar maple in 2022 and it is doing great. It was packaged well and growing beautifully.
Ordered in the past and our Meyer lemon trees didn't make it past 2 years. I trying for a third time figuring third time is the charm.
I purchased 8 hybrid willows last year. They became aphid magnets. Tried Neem oil, tried dawn soap mixture, tried dawn soap with cayenne; nothing kept them at bay. A professional landscaper said get rid of them. I did. I need to fill the vacant area.
