Packing was very good
I have ordered two trees and three forsythia. The forsythia were A+. The trees were mere sticks, and I am unsure whether they will ever be anything.
Trees reached on time and customer service is very good. However the plant died, could be due to transportation stress.
Last year I planted 3 trees in my yard in Virginia. They arrived on time and well packed (a bit hard to unpack, but understandable). All arrived healthy, but one, a red maple, died soon after planting. They replaced it with little ado. A year later I moved to WA and am ordering plants for my new yard. Can't wait to see my berry bushes, hydrangeas and the rest!

The plants I received were large, established and healthy and arrived quickly and well packaged.
The rhododendrons I ordered and the lilac bush arrived in beautiful condition in the fall. I planted them last fall and they are blooming beautifully in their first year. Very happy with the quality.

10 out 20 trees died and then it took 4 months to get someone to respond to my insurance claim which I purchased along with trees. Very disappointed in customer service, for the length of time for anyone to get back to me after I had taken pictures and documented how I planted trees and watered and fertilized. When I called it would take days before someone called, then blamed me for the trees dying. Will not ever purchase from this company.
First two deliveries arrived too late, so was unable to plant them before the frost and didn't have anywhere to store them. The last delivery was sent way too early, so again was unable to plant because of frost and I don't have extra storage.
Terrible. Terrible customer service. Don't' agree with their "satisfied guarantee" statement. You will go through hell trying to get your plant, bush, etc replaced. They want pictures, scratch test and all the above as if you are lying about it. They even ask about what soil you planted it in, lol. I won't be using the company again. It's too much to go through to get a dead bush replaced. I will stay with the local nurseries. Save the hassle of shipping and you don't know if they are good quality or not until you receive it. See for your own eyes at your local nursery. Stay and buy local. That's what I will be doing
I had purchased a Meyer Lemon tree several years ago. It did well for a while. I now have a greenhouse, so hoping for better results.
Since 2022, we have placed at least one large order a year. The company has stood behind their product and gave advice when they could.
I ordered four crape myrtle trees approximately 6-7 years ago, planted them immediately and they are thriving.

I purchased flat leaf hydrangeas and am very happy to see them taking off this year. They arrived healthy, survived our harsh winter and the deer.
Have received several orders from fast growing trees, the orders were received on time and were well packaged. Very pleased with fast growing trees.
When my plants arrived l do believe they are in shock with love and care they come back so beautiful.
