Bought small Queen Palm tree and I love it.
We had queen palm trees in Corpus Christi Tx.
Now I have one in my home (indoors) in Upstate NY.

My tree came in a huge box but the plant was tiny in comparison. Out of the box the leaves were dry, spotted and turning brown. I planted it and took pictures to complain and was told to give it two weeks. The tree still isn't looking good.

Awful experience. Truly the worst online purchase ever.

I ordered the 10-pack of Taylor Junipers (2-3'). They arrived at the time that was stated in good condition. I have planted all 10, and now, less than a month later, they look healthy as can be and already have new growth.

Trees were delivered fast and quality was as advertised. And so far they are doing great.

I received my indoor trees and ended up with gnats. I called and was told they would send me out two new trees.

When I opened up the avocado tree, the leaves had brown spots on them, some of them were curled, and it just didn't look good. I took photos of it, and emailed it to your customer service. They never responded. I have had to wipe all the leaves with neem oil, not sure what the issue is with the leaves but there are bites from insects and brown areas at the edges. I had to cut off all the sick looking leaves, which was at least half of them. I hope it will recover and get new growth, but I cannot believe no one responded!

...we received a rather bruised and torn up banana plant. It did not look great as a gift and I am hoping it will recover and do better in the coming weeks...

Little Hemlock trees arrived promptly, well packaged, and are doing well.

Easy process as advertised. We ordered 16 "1-2 ft" trees and all arrived extremely healthy and have been thriving for a month now. All trees were closer to 2' than 1'. Very pleased and will order again for sure.

I am very disappointed at the product I received.
It does not look anything like what was in your ad. I will not recommend FastGrowingTrees to anyone.
