The first tree that I received was damaged and the company promptly sent a replacement tree!

I received my order earlier than I expected and was not able to plant it. After reaching out to the company, they responded immediately and solved the issue with a promise of a new delivery without any problems! Excellent customer service!

Pretty painless. So far trees hanging in there. Will see if they survive after this cold stretch.

I purchased 34 trees and berry bushes from FastGrowingTrees. I called the order in and the customer service was very good. During that phone call, I was talked into purchasing the 12 month warranty which now I regret. I was told that if anything was wrong with any of the plants to contact fast growing trees, not the shipping company, and they will fix any issues. That put me at ease. When my order came, I promptly unpackaged it and noticed that a few had minor damage and spotting on the leaves. The bigger issue is my banana tree was damaged. I took several pictures and emailed them in expecting a replacement. They said it looks like it will survive but they will send the pictures to their horticulturist for review. Never heard anything back from the horticulturist. I sent more pictures a few days later of the plant molding, very squishy, and all the leaves dead. They requested more pictures. As of writing this review, they have not done anything to honor their warranty. BUYER BEWARE, do not buy the warranty. From my experience, they do not honor their warranty.

The shopping / ordering / delivery process was great! Easy to navigate and easy to initiate. The shipping was relatively quick with the plant well packaged. However, the plant (Fiddle Leaf Fig) arrived with many damaged leaves. With this plant you can't just cut off the bad leaves and expect them to grow back. The plant is OK, but not great as I expected for the price I paid.

Trees arrived well packed and looked great. Delivery was a week later than sales associate had said - maybe have them check actual delivery times?

Product was shipped way later than labeled, which risked cold damage due to sudden temperature drops. Please be more reliable with your shipping dates. I love my plants and your customer service was great, though

I've had my tree for a couple of weeks and it's hard to tell if it's alive or not. The leaves fell off quickly but it is fall in central TX so that may be appropriate. However, other crape myrtles in the area have not lost their leaves yet. I won't know if it's alive or dead until spring, I guess. It just seems strange that it lost its leaves so quickly.

With the event of Hurricane Ian, myself and my neighbors have 10 years of tree debris cast about the neighborhood. Upon my initial purchase with Fast Growing Trees, I thought that perhaps they were more expensive for the size trees I acquired. In the long run, purchase of the tree warranty proved beneficial as the hurricane devastated a number of my friends (plants). The Fast Growing Trees personnel were quick to replace my losses with no hassle at all - I'm blown away! While I don't have a roof, my front yard with beautiful trees looks great again, Thank you Fast Growing Trees!

The tree is fine but it seemed to take a ling time for it to be shipped.

First shipment was damaged in transit and never delivered. Instead of sending new plants, I received an email asking if I still wanted to order the plants - which would delay them several more weeks. When the new shipment arrived, the boxes were taped together opposite sides saying "this side up". Seriously? Very expensive for subpar plants. I will not order from this company again.

All the items I've ordered from FGT have always been healthy and super good quality. I've never had any problems whatsoever with them! I have recommended them to my friends & family. Love that they are fairly close where I live as well!

Dealing with Fast Growing Trees was excellent. Their customer service was great. I haven't heard from the giftee how the tree is doing, but she was very happy & surprised

I ordered 6-7 foot green giants. What arrived is sparse and puny, one single tip barely reaches or is just under 6'. It will take a long time for them to look decent, if they ever do. I'm kicking myself for paying this much when I could have gotten something bigger, filler and better for the money at my local nursery.
