Two of the trees never grew…….thrifty person that I am I kept hoping they would grow even if it was from the roots….no luck. When I finally got through to a person and they finally found my account I was informed it was too late……they could not replace the trees.

I had best experience in buying tropical fruit trees from this place. Trees are healthy and shipped promptly.
Everything I have got from them is been great quality and the few plants I have received that haven't done well they have replaced without issue.
It came in timely matter. The branches above eight inches feel off the tree the first week, hopefully it pulls tho in spring.

I purchased an ice cream banana tree for my dad for his birthday. Unfortunately a heat wave hit during shipping delay and it arrived severely stressed and soon after died. FGT sent us a replacement tree and everything has been smooth from there!
I recently purchased 2 Japanese maple trees for my yard. The entire process from selection, to ordering and then delivery was amazing. The trees arrived safely and well packed. Instructions were thorough and pricing was great too. I will definitely purchase from this company again..

Overall, eleven out of twelve plants/trees fully met, in fact exceeded my expectations. Admittedly, they need another six months to prove themselves. Yet, one out of four forsythias I bought had only one stem, whereas the other three were much better developed.
The company person I contacted rejected my photograph and request for a substitute, arguing that the plant in question would do fine.
Clearly, this glass is much more than half full. I therefore decided to thoroughly enjoy the eleven vigorous ones, and give the laggard with tender loving care the benefit of the doubt.
Having bought locally for decades burlapped rootball trees, I enjoyed the physically undemanding planting, and convenient selecting, of this company's specimens.
Meyer Lemon Bush arrived with soil spilled out of the container and roots exposed. I had purchased the warranty so I contacted FGT to express my concern and they promptly shipped a replacement which arrived in the same poor condition. I contacted FTG and was told my warranty was already used. I expressed my disappointment in the replacement and they stepped up and offered another replacement. I asked for more secure packaging in transit... didn't happen, unfortunately.
