I ordered a fresh-cut Christmas tree that was supposed to be at least 6ft. This is by far the saddest-looking tree I have got. I bought a fresh-cut tree from another company last year and got a great tree. This year I am very disappointed. The tree itself is very sparse and wispy. My kids had a hard time even putting half of our ornaments on it for the lack of branches. I contacted Fast Growing Trees about it and they offered us 15% off. So we got less than $20 back on a terrible tree. Needless to say, I will never order from Fast Growing Trees again.

The Benjamin Tree recently is still dropping leaves. It is in orginal pot and watered. What do I do? The rose bush is doing fine. Thank You Stephen Soulman

Trees arrived in beautiful shape, well packaged and super healthy.

I paid 150$ for a 7 gallon tree and received a 2 gallon thin little stick that I don't have the confidence it will survive.

I was a little skeptical, but our green giants arrived in great condition- big and healthy! Definitely planning on growing more!

Due to the fact that it is too cold to plant an apple tree now in Mass, the lady offered to send me a gift certificate which my son can use in March or April to get his apple trees! I know he'll be completely surprised!

Arrived on time was fearful with below freezing weather. Opened up immediately when it arrived and plant was perfect, plant is growing well and enjoying its new home.

So easy and great bargains, tree came well packaged with great instructions on how to plant and care for it.

I looked Local and could not find a small tree for a freshly installed pond feature
I needed a 3/4 ft tree. Price was the other thing, I don't need a mature $$$ 55 tgallon monster.!

Tree was limp and branches snapped off easy like it was dead or extremely dried out.

Our trees arrived fresh and beautiful. Multiple experiences with fastgrowingtrees.com have been excellent.

I have summited my review(inluding photos)about the order #****710 for two Fragrant Tea Olive trees on your website on 11/17/22, but my review still has not been posted yet. I will 100% NOT recomed a business which only allows "positive" reviews on their website. Here is the review I submmited, Incase you ask again.

"First, I have ordered plants from Fast growing trees before, nothing like the trees I got yesterday. I'm really disappointed. The trees are in a really bad shape. The dark leaves are like as if "roasted", they are crispy like potato chips. And there is a few green leaves on. I'm not an expert on trees, but I did growing up with the Fragrant Tea Olive Tree. I must say I don't think the two trees are healthy at all. Even more, they are not look any trees in the previous reviews. I wish I was as lucky as those buyers. I reached out to the customer service, and sent the photos of the trees to Josh(a customer representative). He said that the nursery told him that the trees were just stressed out during the transit. He asked me if I could give a chance to wait for a few weeks when the trees would look better. The fact is that they are unhealthy trees. As you can see from the photos, they obviously have bugs and mold on the leaves. It would be hard for me to believe the trees would be better later magically. Josh offered the replacements and I worried if the replacements would be as same as the ones I just got. So he placed the order and set up to be shipped in April 2023. But I don't recommend to buy the trees now if you live far from the East coast. I was thinking to only give one star, but Josh was really helpful, so I would give 3 stars for right now. I would give 5 stars for the speed of arrival, packing of product and product appearance upon arrival.
I knew I ordered at a bad time of year. Product came well packed and trees were obviously healthy when shipped. Hit a cold snap and the poor babies went into deep shock. All the leaves fell off and it was looking bad.
I have an indoor greenhouse with warm mats and 12 hour light. I just spotted some new growth today.
Color me hopeful.

This is the first time I buy from this company and it is an expensive purchase. We found a similar tree locally and requested to cancel the purchase. They canceled and refunded promptly so in the future if I purchase something I would definitely buy from this company. Highly recommended.

Trees had all dried leaves. Can't give as a gift as planned. Very disappointed.

Two of the trees never grew…….thrifty person that I am I kept hoping they would grow even if it was from the roots….no luck. When I finally got through to a person and they finally found my account I was informed it was too late……they could not replace the trees.
