Our new tree arrived quickly, packaged well, and seems to be very healthy. We've only had her a few weeks but I think she appears to be adjusting just fine to her new home and is already sprouting tiny flowers. :)

I ordered a tree, and the website happily took my payment and promised shipment in 1-2 business days. I was excited because this would be in time for Christmas as the tree was a gift for my mother. After a week or so went by with no update I contacted customer service, who breezily told me that the tree would be shipping sometime in April. No update would have been provided had I not contacted them, and no information about April was included in the purchase receipt email (only that it would ship in 1-2 days). The customer service person told me that I must have missed something while checking out (I don't think so, and what about the 1-2 day thing that clearly appears?). Basically victim blaming. The purchase was refunded, but nothing was provided to compensate for the experience, and no Christmas present for Mom as this all happened too close to the holiday to allow for a different gift. The trees may grow fast but they certainly don't ship fast. Awful.

Small plants again, parts of plant were dead, they are properly planted, will wait and see if i need

Lemon tree has yet to be delivered/received. Very disappointing

The lime tree arrived with more than half the leaves fallen off and in the following two days most the the rest have fallen off

The plants arrived fast in great shape and are looking well - can't wait till they grow and bloom!

I've made three purchase and been very happy each time. The service was excellent and the trees were beautiful Christmas Gifts. I can't wait to buy more!

C. When I received my plant, the temperature in Northern FL dropped to below freezing. I kept the plants in the garage whilethe temperature got approve freezing, than I repotted the palm into a larger pot and put It out to get some sunshine. That was a week ago, I noticed in putting the plam out today most of the f rounds are turning brown. Will keep you advise.

Our tree was gorgeous--a perfectly shaped, large and gorgeous sample, except for the severely wilted issue. Unfortunately, it had spent a week in a sweltering box cross-country in an August heat wave, and nothing could bring it back to life. After it had died completely, FastGrowingTrees asked some questions and then sent a replacement, free of charge. Bravo for great customer service.

Had that replacement been equally impressive, this would have been a 5-star review. But it's much smaller, and we can't help but feel a sense of loss at what might have been. Yes, it will (hopefully) grow a lot, surpassing the one that died in a year or two, and eventually size at planting won't matter in the long run. But right now, we are neither satisfied nor dissatisfied; we simply have gotten to a tree that is alive and healthy and has great potential.

I ordered over the phone. It was a pleasant experience. The young lady was very helpful and informative.

Received it quickly despite the holidays and tree in good shape

Trees arrived in beautiful, green condition. We planted them 2 weeks ago and they still look amazing.

Ordered Tamarind Tree and Miracle Berry Shrub. Shipping company left it on porch in upright position (apparently the big letters saying Lay Flat were hieroglyphs to the delivery guy) which caused the potting soil to fall completely out, leaving the roots exposed. Both were found to have leaves, but they were dried out. By dried out, I mean still green but completely shriveled and dehydrated. Not sure if this was due to it being close to winter time, but at this point I'm not sure they will survive to spring. Repotted and keeping indoors with growing lights. Waiting till spring to see what it brings.

I ordered this plant as a gift for a friend for her 30th birthday. It arrived to her house a little beat up but she followed instructions and gave it a few days. The leaves continued to droop and dry up over the next few days. I tried to reach out to customer service but no one got back to me. This is unacceptable considering that I paid $89 for this plant. Will not be buying from here again.

Still no tracking number, no confirmation but the withdrawal from my bank was real...can't speak for this business. Run away!

Arrived fine. Still fine after two weeks getting acclimated. Drops some leaves but that is the nature of the tree.
