Shipping was quick and the tree was packaged fantastic for shipping. The tree is tall and although dormant appears healthy. Can't wait to see what it does come spring. I ordered the planting kit with it and did not receive the quick root fertilizer that was suppose to come with the kit. Not a huge deal for me but this is why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5.
Bought as a gift and they were overjoyed. It was easy to order and it arrive on time in great condition. Will definitely order again.
The staff with Fast Growing Trees was helpful in making us aware that the trees we were buying required trees of different species to cross pollinate. It would have been a disappointment many years in the future when the trees did not produce fruit. Thank you!

Ordered a tree on 12-20 as a Christmas present. Shipping costs almost as much as the tree and it still hasn't shipped on 1-10.
The tree arrived a day earlier than expected, was packaged very well, and looks healthy. Hope to get some limes this summer!

I would love to leave a review of my order but I still haven't received anything. It's been almost a month and all I've received so far is an order confirmation. I don't have have an estimated ship date or anything. I'd love to know status updates but for now I'll assume my order is in the ether.

Both orange trees arrived safe and in beautiful condition! My husband was very pleased with them! I bought them for him for Christmas and shipping only took two days! Excellent!
The shopping experience itself was fine, good website and the thujas came fast, wrapped well. The problem is with their size. They're the tiniest, baby trees. They're 1 ft IF you stretch the root out and measure if from there. We're talking about a skinny trunk and 2 skinny branches, the tiniest of saplings. I had to buy 6 extra and decided to go elswhere for the same price but free shipping, and guess what - they sent me actual bush looking thujas that are probably a year older but stronger and much better looking. I feel completely ripped off by fastgrowingtrees and now I have a ridiculous looking backyard with 20 + 6 different looking thujas.
It was crooked, but I hope it be okay. The quality over all look's good. Package was great.
Talked to Bill at customer service when tree didn't arrive in time for Christmas. He stated scheduled for shipment 1/3/23. Received email that fedex number was generated in Ga. On 12/30/22. FedEx hasn't moved since. Today is 01/10/23. Tree will be dead if it ever arrives.
I looked on web site for patio/indoor plants. The site gave me an idea for clementine and avocado plants and stated delivery b4 christmas. I ordered for christmas gifts. When the delivery didn't come as expected I called and was told it wouldn't come until April because of my growth zone. I understand not to grow outside but why couldn't it be grown inside until spring? I will say the customer service person was very apologetic.
I purchased a small orange tree as a Christmas git. It arrived damaged, with the top half broken off. I provided a description as well as pictures. I received an apologetic email asking if I would like a replacement, to which I responded yes. Christmas has come and gone and I have yet to receive a replacement, but am inundated with ads to purchase another tree. Yes I would like another tree or at this point a refund. No, I do not wish to buy another tree. No, I would not recommend this company.
One and done. Will not buy here again. Trees were smaller than advertised and had broken branches due to poor packing.
We are so sorry for the inconvenience. There are often times that plants will encounter temperatures that will freeze and kill them in transit so we automatically close growing zones 6 and under in the Winter months.
