Website was easy to use. Product arrived in great shape. I did need to call customer service as they weren't going to arrive for Christmas, was given a gift certificate. No hassle.

My order was placed and never received the trees...This has been corrected will receive the trees April 2023.

I have emailed customer service and asked when my package will be delivered to my brother (it was a gift). I got no return email and he still has not received it. :(

Tree came damaged. Two of the large leaves were completely broken.

I sent the tree as a gift and it shipped quickly and arrived safe and healthy. All parties are very pleased so far!

Very Little communication about shipping. Stated that it would ship during end of December it did not. I had to contact them to find out order status.

Just received and planted. Quality looks very good, but first couple months going into spring will tell the whole story

Ordered a douglas fir was never informed or emailed that the shipping would be delayed until March. I ordered in December when I called the guy just resent me the invoice with said nothing other then my shipping date as being Dec 23rd.

Fast delivery,and the plant is healthy.but the warranty is not free

First time buyer here. I've only bought a small fruit tree before so I was a little anxious for how this would come in the mail, and further I needed to buy a little ahead of time in order to make a Christmas delivery work. But reaching out to the customer service team the timeline was easily managed, and with both the baseline guarantee of quality with the nice 1-year add-on, I felt nicely reassured in the purchase. Things look good so far (and nice packaging, to boot)!

I didn't order online because I had questions, after Gering some interesting advice that improved my planning I ordered different trees than I'd originally picked. They came well packaged in just a couple of days and I put them under grow lights in my garage til it's time to plant (far enough past any freezing time). They are nicely sized and are healthy

The item came during a freeze and died fast, sad that it wasn't able to be signed for only of do not leave to freeze on porch

Never receive the item that was ordered and paid for and no explanation for its delay.

I ordered in winter and had a question regarding when the plants would be sent to me. I was happy to find that the response time was prompt and they gave me a direct answer on when I would receive my products.

The breadfruit tree that we ordered arrived a little dry after having traveled a few days from FastGrowingTrees' South Carolina nursery to us here in California. We followed the instructions for unpacking and setting up our tree, but even after a couple of weeks of TLC, she (we decided our tree is a 'her'!) still looked, dry and exhausted. Enter Kenny from FGT Customer Service. Kenny spent a significant amount of time on the phone with me, explaining about plant 'shock' and then having me check a couple of things about our tree to assess whether or not she was truly done for. Long story short, Kenny assured me that our tree is actually still alive and growing, but may take several more days to recover from her travel shock; he also provided invaluable advice on placement, lighting, soil and a host of other details that would never have occurred to a non-green thumb like me. The tree was actually supposed to be a gift for my mother (the plant whisperer!) who was visiting from Florida for Christmas; but Mom determined, prior to my speaking with Kenny, that another cross-country trip would probably be the end of the tree, so she left it here in CA for ME to nurse back to health! Aaagh! But now, with Kenny's awesome and timely advice and assistance, I'm confident that I can keep this young breadfruit tree alive! Yeaayy! As for Mom's gift? I'm gonna order another breadfruit tree for her, but this time I'll ship it directly to her in Florida!

Shipping was quick and the tree was packaged fantastic for shipping. The tree is tall and although dormant appears healthy. Can't wait to see what it does come spring. I ordered the planting kit with it and did not receive the quick root fertilizer that was suppose to come with the kit. Not a huge deal for me but this is why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5.
