Is great! I ordered two hydrangea trees a while back and those came in great condition and are thriving! I also ordered two sunny knockout rose trees and although I had to get them replaced(very easy and quick response) the new ones came out perfect! Did 4 stars because of the shipping two trees in one box but I do understand not wanting to waste boxes.
I love that they always have deals going on and never thought shipping plants and trees would be so easy and turn out so great.
The plant was healthy and delivered in a very timely manner. Great service

Damn rabbits are them. Had get a bebe gun and shot the rabbits but the bushes are dead
Easy to order, but when my trees arrived after over a week in transit, they arrived in bad shape. Dead leaves the root ball unhealthy. When contacted the company to get my 100% guarantee, and looking for replacements, I was told give it a few weeks and see if it comes back to life. Not my idea of customer service satisfaction guaranteed.

7 plants are thriving bought them back in January it is now July one died. They sent me a replacement, but the replacement was half dead After a few weeks It's pretty much dead.

Overpriced, small plants for the container size, weak growth, sad AF when they arrive, packaging nightmare, and then when you ultimately utilize their retirm policy, they fight you over returning them, then they don't have the same plant in stock so they give you a store credit formore terrible plants.
My bush arrived promptly in fine condition. I bought it in memory of my husband who enjoyed gardening. Even though I've had little experience planting anything, since I planted it, many beautiful flowers have appeared & it's flourishing.

I have a very ugly brick wall abutting my patio & need to cover it. After much research chose to get hybrid willow trees as they looked like they would do the job and would not be toxic to my neighbors bunny when he was allowed on the patio. The willows arrived quickly. Ordered 6 to try them. Then ordered 8. Some of the 8 had a bit of damage and was given a decent refund. I highly recommend FastGrowingTrees!
One tree arrived completely destroyed by shipping and dead. Was offered a replacement and excepted but the Thursday delivery ended up turning into a Tuesday. This was 5 days in a box during 100 degree weather. Was offered another replacement but haven't accepted because the delivery service they use is terrible. Wasted too much time for a $200 hassle.
It seems to be hit/miss with the plant material. Mine was moderately damaged and required substantial pruning.
Ordered three knock out roses, one is not healthy. Sent message, but haven't heard back. No response.
Called and ordered a Meyer Lemon Tree for my 86 year old Father and was "promised" that it would ship out and arrive before Fathers Day welllllllll its STILL NOT THERE. And I'm a return customer butttttt NOT SO SURE I will be back orrrrrr spreading the word for you, Which I have been and I know for a fact that many people have ordered because of what I told them.

The second batch also arrived promptly, the quality was also excellent, but plans were damaged during transport.
Adam from customer service was very responsive and great. He offered to replace the plants or provide discount.

The shipment arrived so much faster than I expected, within 3 days out in the country! The trees were packed well though one of the banana trees had leaf damage from the trip. Minimal shock adjusting to their new home though with temperatures close to triple digits, we're adjusting them slowly and carefully. They are already growing very well!
One tree top was snapped off when delivered. I planted it anyway. Hope the tree lives.
