Our fig tree came really well packaged. No damage to the plant. It took me a few days to get around to potting it And there was all kinds of new growth sprouting by the time I did. Fast growing is right!

All three plants were mangled and dead by the time I received them. The salvia was a dead stick I had to sift through the dirt to find. The hydrangea was not in the pot but in the plastic under the pot, dead. The margarite daisy was just sticks with dried bloom at the end. I've never had a bad experience with Fast Growing Trees and I've ordered many trees and plants from them. Disappointed

second shipment arrived dead, missing all leaves and black... not sire they are even being shipped alive to start with.

All they wanted.to offer after initially was a store credit... not really fair at all when the plants are dead twiice.

Very expensive in the overall. But thought the convenience was going to be worth it... however unbelievably expensive to have to buy else where out of pocket and take thr time to go shopping several places

I ordered 2 peach trees in August 2023. The spring of 24 they greened up really nice and we're looking great. By late spring they came down with some kind of fungus that killed both trees. I contacted customer service and they sent me two replacements. Great service, great company!

After a rough first delivery of my second order from FGT, a flippant reply to my concerns nearly lost them my business. But, the came through like champs on the third delivery. I will shop from them again.

They came to me broken branches and looking rough. Had to prune it best I could to make them look descent.

Anything I've purchased came fresh lively aura. I've purchased roses, trees, azalea shrubs. The quicker you get them in the ground, the better your new little beauty will take off.

Our tree came in just a few days, it was packed well and very healthy when it got here. It looks great in our back yard!

The only reason for my rating is that I'm still waiting for my order after over a month. Apparently, the violette fig I ordered initially failed quality control. The new shipment may or may not pass; who knows? I was told "Possibly this week" for delivery but no joy. I have not been updated, which I consider a failing on the part of FastGrowing Trees.

I bought a Calamondin Bush from FGT. The bush arrived quickly and looked to be in good shape. I got it repotted per the instructions, and the bush is doing well. There are no fruits, but I do not expect any this year. It is sitting on my porch and soaking up the NC sun. I water it once a week. I am very happy with this plant.

I ordered a lemon tree on 6/14/24 and have yet to receive it, let alone any communication as to why my order is delayed, although you have accepted my payment with no problem.

My plants arrived clearly stressed and were not good quality. Customer service was great and discounted the plants by 25% but I don't see how these surpass just going to your local garden centre

I wanted two large trees, but was not sure what condition they might arrive in via mail. No one else had the selection I wanted, so I decided to try this site. To my surprise, trees were received in perfect condition. Leaves were carefully zip tied in a vertical position. No damage. Trees look great. FastGrowingTrees shipped promptly and clearly has much experience in growing and shipping larger trees. Will definitely order again. They have earned my repeat business.

I've never ordered live plants on-line. Ordering was easy and the price was reasonable. When my order arrived, it was an inch away from death! 95% of leaves were in the bottom of the box along with most of the soil. Many branches were broken.obviously, a rough transport to CA! I asked via email whether this was typical and received no response. A few days later, I noticed a shipping notification on my phone. The company had sent out a replacement. Sounds good but would have rather received a refund and reorder when weather is cooler. The replacement arrived and was slightly better shape but still close to death! Just be careful about shipping live plants when it's 100+ degrees! Lesson learned!

Couple of the trees died. They replaced them, no problem. Everything went smoothly.
