We have been very happy with our 5 foot tree and so far it is thriving.

My order came very fast. 1 tree was broken. They sent a replacement within 2 days. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Ordered a tree (dawn redwood) hydrangeas and the rhododendrons. All came well packed and vibrant and ready to plant. All planted and thriving. The best mail order plants I've ever received. I'll definitely recommend to others and order again. In fact I just ordered again-pink muhly grass and two butterfly bushes.

I bought 12 shrubs and unbeknownst to me the variety of Boxwood that I purchased is very finicky and often prone to disease and blight. Five of the twelve original plants turned brown and died fairly quickly.
But this company has a one year guarantee policy and sure enough, they honored it! It was very easy and fast to have these replaced and the woman who assisted me (April) was fantastic. She was very helpful, advising me of another option and even remembered me after several months had passed between orders. She was thorough and patient and covered all the bases and the replacement was seemless. I will be forever loyal to this company for their superb guarantee and exemplary customer service.

I bought a Burning Bush Viburnum, and got one for free, but the second one was half the size of the first one. Same size pot, but small plant. But it's OK. Guess you just ran out of the big ones!

I bought a Persian Spire Parrotia earlier this spring and that tree is doing fantastic and now later this summer I've purchased a very young Blue Arrow Juniper for another spot in my yard and that tree is planted and seems happy. Both trees came quickly and in fantastic condition. Thanks!

I ordered two Jane Magnolias (buy 1 get 1 free) and only one arrived in really poor shape. I also ordered a sonic boom weigela which also arrived in poor shape.

I alerted FGT customer service, who sent me the missing Jane Magnolia as well as another sonic boom weigela - but they arrived and looked terrible.

Considering how much is charged for these plants, I would have expected them to have arrived in decent (not necessarily perfect) condition.

I am now in the process of nursing the plants back to health.

The shipping was super fast and both trees came in good condition, the only issue I had was with the shipping company they pit the box in the back of my driveway by the fence in full sun in a 90 day and didn't knock or anything so I didn't even know the trees had arrived, they had wilted leaves which were fine once planted but had clearly been sitting for a while and I was home all day and have dogs so we would have heard them knock.

Overall pleased with the mango tree, fast shipping super healthy tree. My only problem was the tree is extremely small for $150 that I paid.
Not worth the cost when you get a tree 3 times that size from a local nursery for 1/2 the price.

I delayed ordering the taller crape myrtles, so I ordered the available size. I received my 2-3 ft Red Rocket crape myrtles as expected on June 14. Planted them with Root Rocket that evening. I have been watering them daily for 2 weeks as we have had no rain. There is new growth and blooms. 😃

Trees arrive in great condition and there was no issue with their warranty, they stand by their plants

When the tree arrived it was very sparse. It had only about 5 leaves on it and you could see they had cut the top off to get it into the box. I was quite disappointed in the size as I expected something more. I have purchased trees from other places, paying as much as I did for this one and they were much fuller than the tree I received.

I would say you can rest Placing an order with fast growing trees, because the service is wonderful the products that they're selling, and the advice that they give, you can rest assure that they stand behind their products, and it only takes a phone call to ask questions. I have really been pleased with the shipping, the advice and the fast service.

Received my order and very quickly 2 of the trees were dying and I reached out to its customer service department to address it / obtain warranty coverage for replacement. I received an email confirming that they got my warranty request and was told that someone would get back to me on processing the warranty claim and since then I have heard nothing from them about the warranty or replacement items. I will never buy from this company again.
