I placed and order, and then quickly realized I missed an opportunity of a BOGO. So I placed another order and requested the first one be canceled and had zero arguments! On top of that, the trees were nicely packed and have been in the ground for 2 months and are doing great so far. Thank you so much!
I was shopping for a specific tree, which FastGrowingTrees did have. I was Super excited based on the pictures and description of height. Then I saw that another tree had a 'buy one get one' sale so I got one of those as well! Both images/descriptions made it SEEM like they would be fruiting probably 'soon' (though of course not on arrival or probably not flowering, at least filled out enough to be ready to flower if the weather was right). The reality was. More realistic, but also more disappointing. The shipping was very disappointing. The 'buy one/get one trees arrived around when expected. The Primary tree that I wanted didn't ship with it. I got no communication about this tree, so WEEKS later I contacted customer service. I only asked for an ETA, but got no response to the question- though within an hour I got a shipping notice on that tree.
That tree showed up dried up and with most of its leaves missing today. I know they have a guarantee, but I potted it and am hoping for the best.
I wouldn't say don't order here, they have great variety- just be prepared for reality.
Almost a month and you haven't sent my merchandise. So how can I review it
I ordered a 5-1 plum tree which arrived in bad shape and didn't make it. Because they were out of stock and couldn't replace it they offered me a full in store credit refund in which I was able to purchase 2 new plum trees and rose bush with a deal they had going. Everything looks good so far! Thanks!
I purchased 6 Sky Pencil Holly trees. The trees came well packed and in great condition. Unfortunately, right after planting the trees, we experienced a major heat wave with temps up over 110° and my trees are showing the effects of sun damage. For a couple of days I did put up a sun barrier to try to protect the trees but, that didn't seem to help. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the trees can revive but, we are in for another heat wave with 3 digit temps. I know there is a guarantee on these trees, but to be honest, it's really not the companies fault that this is happening. Mother Nature is the culprit.
The dog wood seems to still be loosing leaves even with the required watering and location. Waiting to see how it does going forward. Will review again at that time.
I was disappointed that the first tree I ordered was in such poor shape but customer service was great about sending me a new one and the next one was much better.
I bought a tree from your company for a family friend who just lost a family member for his memory. When I got the tree i was disappointed to find limbs had been cut in many branches and someone cut the center out of the maple tree.
I ordered a BOGO and ordered 1. Well of course I could have ordered two different items, but I wanted two of what I ordered. I got one, when I contacted them a very sweet lady explained that I should have put two. She didn't grill me or make me feel stupid in just a few minutes she gave me credit for the second one. Very pleased!
The Black Eyed Susan died within a week. I was very disappointed.
I had some trouble with 2 of the 4 trees I initially ordered but customer service helped out with that super quick, and all my trees are now thriving.

My trees arrived dehydrated and leaves were crisp dry. I planted them but honestly don't think they are still alive.
We purchased two crêpe myrtles 5 to 6 foot tall. They never got leaves and died. Your company kindly replaced them and unfortunately, the second Trees died. We followed directions perfectly and sent pictures. Your company then sent us two more trees and hallelujah. They have survived And seem to be thriving with new leaves! Everything we did was the same but I'm grateful that the company stands behind their product. Thank you, thank you!
Shipment was here within two days of ordering, plants were very healthy. Even through this very dry hot weather they are growing faster than I expected, I just water them good everyday, I will definitely order from Fast Growing Trees.
I ordered 4 small banana trees and they arrived quickly and were well packed. The trees were exactly as I expected and are thriving nicely, I am very pleased with this purchase.
We have received our Granny Smith apple tree and it was so wilted. Understanding that that happens when shipped in warm weather, we planted and watered according to the instructions. It is not coming back. Looks completely dead.
