The trees came promptly. They were packaged great. We took them out of the boxes and let them regain their shape. Although they really looked great. They were planted about 5 days after we received them and are doing well.
I was hesitant to order a 5 ft tree online, however the process was seamless. Within 3 days of ordering the tree (eastern red bud) was delivered, well packaged. I removed the tree and provided water. Due to extreme hot weather, I delayed planting for almost a week with daily watering, once planted followed the easily explained directions. It's been about 2 weeks now and the tree is thriving, new leaves are present with tiny ones still coming. Thank you for the great service and restored my fear of online plant purchasing.
Upon ordering they had what we would like, upon receiving them we learned the buy one get one offers you need to order two of not one.they will only charge for one,not just send a free one when ordering one. Upon receiving the first trees were doubled packed, branches broke, trunk broke,and not enough trees. They did after two contacts send the right quantity.

The hydrangea plant has brown spots all over the leaves, I planted it, and we'll have to see the results. If the plant doesn't come to life, I will write for a refund. Thank you

Concerned about my new little red maple
Emailed… immediately got a reply from Angie…. Had my scrape the trunk, took a picture… faxed it and she immediately got back to me. Put my concerns at ease and told me what to do.
Fast delivery.tree showed up at my door in good condition.I planted tree per instructions and it has continued to grow without any issues. I also fertilized the tree per instructions and it is growing beautifully!
My olive tree arrived in great condition and was bigger than I expected.
I ordered the American Sycamore and it was shipped fast. It arrived nicely packed with leaves and I planted it immediately upon arrival. The tree lost all of the beautiful leaves as I expected however within 10 days it started budding out again and now after about a month has child size palm leaves and is doing nicely.
My 2 gardenia trees that I paid for shipping & handling for $31.20 on 6/24/24 I have not received them yet. I arrived back from California trip on 6/25/24 and I have not received any email follow up yet for shipment status.
I was worried when our Bloodgood Japanese Maple arrived because the leaves were curled and dry. And then they started to fall off! I followed all of the useful instructions on planting and getting the tree situated. But of course FastGrowingTrees know what they're doing and soon new buds and leaves emerged and the tree appears healthy and growing well.
The Meyer lemon tree was delivered when promised and so far it is doing very well.
Never received order and I don't want you to fill it now. I do want a refund.
Good delivery experience however 3 plants, especially 1, arrived with brown tips. The brown is progressing and now affecting 4 of 5 shrubs. Unsure of the cause and hoping it's a normal occurrence.
I had a few trees that didn't make it, the replacement process was super awesome and no hassle what's so ever. Speaking on the phone with a live operator makes the experience so much better and easier. I'll never buy trees from anywhere else.
I have placed two orders with Fast Growing Trees. With my first order, one of the three plants did not survive the shipping despite my trying to revive it. I called FGT and they were so helpful and easy to talk to, they shipped me a new one right away and it's working out great. I gave them another try when we needed to plant a Bougainvillea after our previous one had been dug up by our contractor. It's thriving and beautiful!
Our bushes were pretty rough looking when we received them - the leaves have improved somewhat- we have very few blossoms- it's a new yard and we're not sure yet about the soil quality so there could be several factors at play

Plants arrived in very poor shape. Ugly specimens and some werecovered with brown spots. Very disappointing.
