I've ordered a few trees and plants from here now. Some even go into my hydroponic test tent. Let me just shout out again to customer support, specifically on Facebook, they really know their stuff. I missed one watering while out of town and they dead $#*! sent me brand new veg to play around with again. Very cool company, if your veg is dying or looking ill, check them out, very helpful.
I ordered a mimosa tree which arrived on time and in good condition. It has started growing which means it's happy.
Our trees were not well secured in the boxes. FedEx did a poor job of delivery and where the box said this side up it was upside down and broken.
My first tree delivered was sick and dying and my replacement tree was broken and dead. I will say customer service was excellent in responding, sending a replacement and ultimately giving me a full refund. Unfortunately the problem is with quality control in this case, which is making the job of customer service much more difficult.
I recently purchased a kumquat tree, and citrus tree planting kit. I planted according to the instructions and it is doing great,lots of new growth!
We purchased 3 hydrangea plants- all healthy and beautiful! I then ordered 4 trees, 3,6-7 ft. 2 Maples and an Elm, and 1 river birch 4-5 ft.
Trees are sparse with leaves. The Red October maple came damaged, the tree branches were bent to fit in the box it was shipped I'm and the longest top branch is broke. We will be grafting it with tape.
The river birch lost a ton of leaves but probably due to shock. Trees have been in the ground X 2 weeks. The elm is showing new leaves. I think it's too early to give feedback. Fingers crossed they all make it!
The hydrangea I received was nearly dead from lack of water. It was nearly an inch inside the pat because it was so dried out. The person who spoke to me wanted a photo. She said it was still alive and I should plant it and fertilize it and water it and it would survive. Who wants a half dead plant that needs a bunch of special attention to get it to look pretty? That's not why o ordered it. I wanted a healthy plant. Is that too much to ask?
You shipped them in a timely manner however shipping was pushed back 3 times. When they arrived on August 24th I had left for vacation that afternoon. When I returned home the following Saturday 1 was withered down to the soil the other 2 still had half green leaves. Not blaming you. Blaming the carrier.
I purchased 6 fruit trees and 1 flowering tree. Upon arrival, the box was dented but the trees were well packaged and were not damaged. I received healthy trees and planted them the same day of their arrival. The trees started to grow new leaves within a week.
Fast delivery, well packaged and great product!

All 3 of my Maples arrived intact and ready to plant. After 3 weeks, so far so good. We shall see how they fare during the hibernation season and come back in the spring.
It was wilted and dry when it arrived.But I am going to wait until the spring to see what happens with it. I'm hoping it was just a bit in shock. If it doesn't thrive I at least have a warranty.
I ordered a lemon tree at the last minute and they were able to get it to my intended within several days.
I decided I wanted a climbing rose bush. It was Later in the summer when I decided. It came in great shape. I planted it in the middle August (very hot and dry weather here in Indiana) I took good care of it, but really wasn't expecting anything out of it till next year. IT HAS A BLOOM! It is now the beginning ofSeptember..
My bushes arrived in great shape. Planted to them the next day and they've grown several inches within the last 2 weeks.
My products arrived quickly and 4 out of 5 were in good condition. One was damaged and customer service promptly offered to replace (then when I had an issue with my landlady, they offered to just refund it) My overall experience was great and next time I'm in the market to buy trees, shrubs or fruiting plants, FGT will be my first stop.

I ordered my trees and shortly after I discovered that a local nursery had them for 1/3 of the price. I didnt know about this nursery at the time of my order and I didn't want to fool with the return process.
