I checked out as guests and now my purchase is not there when I log in. Completely my fault but there should be a way to fix it without making a phone call.

I've been using FGT since 2015. Most recently, I purchased two tri-colored dappled willows and a mulberry tree. The willows arrived in poor condition due to what appeared to be mishandling by UPS but FGT gave me a credit for the entire purchase. Most companies would not do that. I will always be a customer.

Maple tree lost all leaves but the tree is budding again good thing this is Florida.

Box for trees was damaged, breaking the tree. FGT replaced it, but box corners need to be reinforced better.

My honeysuckle bush had drowned and died when we received over 5 inches of rain in 1 day this past July. I called the company to give them the bad news and within 10 days another another honeysuckle bush was sent to me free of charge. I love this company and will be purchasing more trees from them in the future. Every tree that I have purchased in the past has arrived healthy and larger than expected.

We went together and bought this tree for a friend whose son passed. It came in quickly, lots of leaves! We did the biggest size they had and so far it is planted and doing well! It's a beautiful memorial tree!

Our first tree ordered looked a little puny but we gave it a chance. It just never bounced back. 8 months later we asked to redeem the warranty and it was a very easy process! Tree is doing great and we can't wait to watch it thrive and add to our curb appeal in our front yard!

The tree sent to me is forked at the trunk. It's actually a trunk with a tree growing out of the side. This experience has taught me that it's better to go to a local nursery & purchase trees & plants. I wish it was a better experience but no one would have bought this tree at a nursery & the fact that you are sending customers this quality will not help you get additional business.

I was very happy with my sonic bloom, BUT the 5 Lavender plants I bought were not as expected, four out of five were dead on arrival. So, I believe that they have a solution, but I am attempting to contact them for a solution.

I ordered a Meyer lemon tree in California. The shipping was fast and the tree was immaculate.

The staff has been very helpful when you can reach them. My orders come in a timely manner as promised but once in the ground 24-48 hours after receiving trees & shrubs they literally take weeks and weeks to show any sign of life. They kind of stay in this zombie stage as my recent orders seem to be in, no signs of life, no signs of death... just hanging in there. Hoping they come around after regular watering and ideal placement in my yard. In all honesty, this is the only online plant service I have used to order plants for my yard, but everything else I get locally seems to take off with a couple of days.

Ordered 2 apple trees. Both arrived at same time. One looked healthier than the other (could be because one is a Mcintosh and the other a Grannie Smith. Both are planted and so far look good. Neither has lost more leaves nor gained new ones but it has only been about a month. The truth of how good the trees are will be if they survive the winter and grow good in the spring.
