I ordered a crabapple tree and it arrived alive and healthy. It's doing great! So much easier than trying to purchase one from the garden center, I didn't have to worry about it fitting in my car!

2 hybrid poplars and 3 fruit trees one triple pear tree and two peach trees. I basically dug a hole and planted them they were that easy. I've had the two poplars for for almost two weeks and I keep going out to see if they have grown. Ha ha. I've had the three fruit trees for almost a month. They all look very good. The fruit trees have grown almost a foot and look great.

The plants arrived seemingly pretty healthy despite the obvious trauma they faced in shipping. They were bone dry, the pots were crushed and the soil was half out of the pot and in the bag. I've put them in semi shade for a bit to recover and they seem to be doing fine.

Fig tree arrived on time in good shape in carefully designed and sturdy box that withstood most of the the efforts by the delivery service to crush the contents and despite the fact they ignored the clearly marked arrows and huge text saying to keep the box upright.

Tree had been carefully pruned and was showing new leaves. Continues to grow and hopefully we will see figs in the next year or two.

Ordered (3) specialty golden rain trees 6'-7'. Ordering process was easy, was well informed every step of the way, shipped when they said it would, arrived when they said it would and trees were healthy. So far so good!

Ordered a tree came with most of the branches broken and dry. When I reached out to customer service regarding replacing the tree I never received any calls or emails regarding the issue. 30 day guarantee is a scam. They have no intention in honoring that.

One box with two trees was dropped and the box was broken up and the apple tree was outside its bagged roots and the top had broken branches.

I ask them for a nice shaped tree as I was planning on planting it 20 feet away from large picture window and use it from a few years to decorate yearly for XMAS. For $400.00 less discount I was expecting a very straight tree. I emailed in regards of my complaint have not been contacted by this company.
So I guess as long as they get their $$$$$$ no need for any return correspondence

My trees came very quickly and in excellent condition. Really good packing job. They are doing well in their new home and look very healthy. I am happy with them.

I bought two rose bushes and some grass seed. The rose bushes arrived and one is thriving and doing well but the other got to me with no dirt and is not doing well. I did email but have yet to received be a response.

I bought three plants they had dead leaves all over them had to pick them off I had 10 leaves on 1 plants dead!

I am quite happy with my experience from Fast Growing Trees. Their site is easy to navigate and very helpful with information. My trees were delivered quickly, well packaged and in excellent condition. We planted them within a week after delivery and both trees immediately showed new growth. I am hopeful that come spring they'll be thriving.

My four plants arrived in good condition except one was broken on several branches. Now they are all growing well, even the one that had some broken branches. I have one problem with the Cherry Mocha as many white flakes are on the leaves. The new leaves seem to be dying with the white flakes on them. Do you have any advice?
