People are very surprised that I got a tree.ON LINE. I get everything else on line but a tree? My tree is doing very good and is putting on new leaves. It came in a box that was packed very good. I could find no damage on the tree, I'm looking forward to enjoying my Red Bud for vears..

Order got delayed in shipping. The shipping company was unresponsive. Kept saying for days order was on truck out for delivery to you. Contacted FGT chat customer service and they were professional, courteous, and quickly responded by getting me a new order shipped to me at no additional cost.

When I planted 15 hydrangeas in the spring they were very nice and looked great. I had them planted by a landscaper so I know they were put in right. I kept them watered all summer but now they are very poor looking and I fear they may not make it through the winter. I pu a lot of money into this project and I fear they may not make it.

Better than expected. Creative packing allowed actual trees to arrive unharmed. Was surprised. Nice trees in good shape.

The trees arrived in frail condition and packed tightly in a box that was too small. The coral red maple was not at all coral red. It was brown

To their credit Fast Growing Trees tried to rectify the situation by giving me a discount on the trees that were delivered in bad condition

Over the coming year we will see if these trees recover. We have followed all instructions while planting these trees.

The trees were quite worse for wear when they arrived but April assured me that they would rally. To date, all but one are hanging in.

Skeptical of ordering a tree online. I usually visit my local (much better nursery)! Was feeling adventurous. Ordered an avocado tree. Leaves were all chewed up from insects more than 60%! Sent my grief to customer service, and instead of someone contacting me regarding the matter, you send me a survey to do. And here we are…….

I ordered 7 gal. Trees that should be 4-5 feet high. The trees I received were 3-4 feet, weak, and needed scaffolding. They compensated me by sending two more trees and reimbursing me $130, which I appreciated. Be careful, the trees are healthy, but much smaller than what you would find in a local nursery.

Quick responses with excellent information regarding how to plant, desired soil conditions, and spacing!

Packaging requires attention to improve.

I've placed several orders with FGT. Every single time, the order was fulfilled quickly, the plants arrived well packaged and in reasonably good condition given the stress of being transported. In the rare case that a plant doesn't make it, like our almost $140 Kwanzaa cherry recently, the company will honor the guarantee without much ado, all it takes is a photo of the dying plant. Store credit's good for a year so you can wait for the next planting season.

They always have deals to browse. Great information on all plants, care and tips. Never had an issue with delivery. Customer service is responsive and very helpful.

We bought the Princeton Sentry Columnar Ginkgo Tree in memory of our grandson Beau. It is everything we hoped for. We love it and look forward to watching it grow.

I placed my first order this summer. The boxes arrived completely beat up, ripped, branches showing and poking through. It was obviously not shipped that way and was mishandled during delivery. I contact Fast Growing Trees and texted them pictures. They immediately replaced my entire order and suggested I try to salvage what I could from the initial delivery. Several of the original plants are growing from the initial order and all of the replacements are adding new growth and doing well so far.

No issue with ordering or shipping. Right on schedule...

The tree arrived in perfect condition and even had blooms on it that developed into cherries!
It was a gift so printed tips and instructions would have been helpful.

Tree died within two weeks. Indoor the entire time. Watered as needed but not yet replanted.

I bought six hybrid willows and only five appear to be thriving, while the sixth has shown premature yellowing as we enter the fall. The six trees were delivered in three boxes, though I don't recall if the one that is struggling was the one that was bent after being delivered upside down in the box. Four of the six trees were planted in similar sandy conditions while the remaining two were planted side-by-side in the lawn. All six trees were watered and fertilized in the same fashion. I am not sure that this tree will make it, especially through the winter.
