Didn't realize it was going to be so small. I don't feel that was explained well.
Ordered in December as a Christmas gift to my wife. Said it would ship out early April. It arrived on Christmas Eve, as we were getting ready to leave to spend time with family. Did a live chat with them two days later, when I was questioned about the shipping date. As if I just made up a random shipping date of April 5th. Then told me I could keep it in my unhealed garage throughout winter, lightly watering every 10 days. I live in zone 5. It's quite obvious the person I was dealing with, has no idea about winter in the Midwest. I asked him what the temperature range was for the tree in my garage. He said not to be below 20 F. I let him know it gets much colder than that here. His response was to do what I can to keep it alive. If it doesn't make it, contact them in the spring and they will send me another tree. All this will do is delay spring planting. The tree is guaranteed or they'll send a new one. I'm positive this tree will not survive winter. And if the replacement doesn't make it for whatever reason, I will not be able to get it replaced, since I already will have most likely received a replacement because of their mistake.
The 2 small loblolly pines looked great and healthy, and so did the river birch. I got them in the ground 2 weeks before the first frost, so far so good...
It's only been about three weeks since I planted the lemon, orange and apricot trees but they look healthy at this time.
My tree arrived in a battered box and the pot was crushed. (I have photos.) Since the root ball had somehow survived, I quickly transplanted it, following the guidelines. Then I discovered the tree had fungus gnats and scale. I got the fungus gnats under control but the scale bugs are multiplying fast. The olive tree has lost a lot of leaves and is looking pretty bedraggled. I will continue to battle the pests with the hope that it will eventually thrive in its sunny location.
I ordered ten one foot thuga trees. They arrived quickly. I called with a question about planting and was able to speak with somebody right away. Who answered my question. Very satisfied.
Trees showed up perfectly! Packed very well. Will definitely buy from again.
Friendly, helpful and prompt. I purchased a Pink Dogwood for my mom. It arrived in great shape and exactly as expected.
Very happy with the trees 🌳.
Thank you. Have a great tree day.
Tree started dying 24 hours after removing it from the shipping container. Leaves turned brown and all fell off within a week. I now have a stick!
It took about 2 weeks to get my tree. But you advertise 2 days to receive the tree. I wanted it for a party but it did not arrive in time.
Very healthy products. Arrive in good condition... grow nicely...
When our fiddle leaf fig tree arrived, the bottom half of the leaves had all been cut off at the stem. It looks absurd. I didn't get charged for half a tree, though, I got charged for a full tree. And then I looked at some reviews of your site and wished I'd just gone to my local nursery. Total waste of money.
Customer service takes time with your questions, giving advice and even adding a bit of humor.
We are very happy with the product delivery in a safe and secure manner and the health of the trees. We had some concerns after a few days and called customer service. The person was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. We would highly recommend this company to anyone! Now, if we can just get the deer to leave them alone….
Ordering was easy and everything came in great shape ready for planting. I love the service and attention to detail. I will be ordering more for new year.
This my first order. I don't have much to say. Doing my best to keep the olive tree alive and healthy. I am in Zone 6 so it will be indoors in winter. Will be in touch with support if I have issues. Nice feature you offer up front on plant care and support!
I bought an Arbequina Olive Tree for my wife for Christmas. Every time she walks into the room where we placed it she says "I love this room now and I love this tree."
I sent a picture when the tree arrived and was told to give it sun and water and let it settle a 3 weeks. It's been three weeks and every leave is dead and the trunk is brown even when you scratch it a little.
I ordered 3 fast growing trees. I've had them for not quite a month. So far they look great, but it's impossible to know what they'll be like in a year, or even by the end of winter. They're supposed to grow 12 ft in 5 years and I hope the do, but until then… 🤷🏻
