I sent a picture when the tree arrived and was told to give it sun and water and let it settle a 3 weeks. It's been three weeks and every leave is dead and the trunk is brown even when you scratch it a little.

I ordered 3 fast growing trees. I've had them for not quite a month. So far they look great, but it's impossible to know what they'll be like in a year, or even by the end of winter. They're supposed to grow 12 ft in 5 years and I hope the do, but until then… 🤷🏻‍

Every tree I have purchased from here which has been several I have produced fruit for the most part in the first or second year. I had one Tree die, which they quickly replaced. Highly recommend.

They pick the tree for you. I would not have chosen this one. Its got a bad curve in it.

After placing my order the bushes did not ship in the 1-3 days as advertised. I understand it was the holiday season but it didn't ship until 5-6 days after. I tried to contact the seller to cancel the order but never got through to anyone. Then it was "out for delivery" for 5 days. I realize the shipping part is out of their control and when I did reiceve them, 2 of the bushes were down to a stick so I tossed them out with the box before taking pictures for a replacement, My fault.

The tree was shipped from east to west cost and arrived in November. The large box was opened immediately, the soil around the roots was very dry. It was watered. The tree was planted the following day. It looks It has completely recovered from its long trip. I am looking forward to see it blooming in spring.

My trees arrived in good shape and have done well after planting them in December in TN. Our December was mild and wet, so it was easy to see that they took hold immediately.

Would highly recommend this company. I bought two fruit trees as a housewarming gift to send to my son and daughter-in-law in another state. I had many questions and the customer service reps were so patient and so extremely knowledgeable! The trees arrived ahead of schedule in excellent condition. Would purchase from them again without hesitation

I ordered a 5 gallon tree and received a 20-inch tree. When I was talking to an agent before placing the order, they told me it should usually be 4-5 feet, but they couldn't guarantee for sure. I asked what if it comes way too small like 3 feet would I get a replacement, to which the agent responded "You wouldn't be able to get a replacement because we do not guarantee the height.". Still it is not even 3 feet, it's less than 2 feet (20 inches), I am not talking about 3 or 4-5 feet. It's a rip off and more like false advertising even if they can't guarantee the height. 20-inch vs 48-60-inch is 2.5-3 times difference.
I bought a live 5 gallon spruce in a pot at another store for less, and its height was 55 inches.
Also, they didn't post a negative review I had written on them on their website. They only have positive reviews on their website, though there are negative reviews on them on public sites, e.g. google, reddit, etc.
It hints they don't do business honestly.

No return contact after I placed a claim in back in. Nov.-24 it's now 01-01-24. So now I will contact my card for total refund

I bought this Chocolate Mimosa as a memorial tree for my neighbor who unexpectedly passed recently. It' redundant to say fast shipping and great packaging but as usual it was perfect and the tree arrived (taller than I expected) healthy. Unfortunately for me I was not able to plant right away so I left the pot sealed in plastic and watered for about 3 weeks. During this time the tree began to sprout! Late December, in a one gallon pot sealed in plastic, this tree began to sprout new limbs! Finally got it in the ground and I can't wait for spring to get here!

My tree came looking amazing. Shipped and wrapped with perfection. My tree had buds and looked healthy overall root system was in tact.

Couldn't find the plants I wanted at a local nursery, so found FastGrowing Trees online and decided to take a chance. Within 3 days the plants arrived. I planted them and they are thriving! Will definitely use again.
