I was surprised at how well the tree was packed and made the trip safely. The olive tree was a gift for my daughters boyfriend. The tree is healthy and beautiful. We love it and would buy other trees from here.

I got a great deal on 4 apple trees. They arrived timely, one tree had some damage. I reached out and they talked me through pruning it and also refunded me to the next size below what I had purchased. All 4 trees are doing very well.

I have ordered several plants and trees now, every one has been healthy on arrival. Had a problem with one tree but customer service are a great help and the problem was rectified.

Tree was shipped & in perfect condition when it arrived. Decorated it with light for Christmas on my porch. Plan to plant this month in the front yard. Excited for the yrs to come, to watch it grow!

The online ordering and shipping part of the experience was good; however, the tree was ordered and received in early November (Maryland). The tree was planted, as recommended by FGT. There will not be any way to know if the purchased tree was a successful product from FGT until late spring when foliage and trees in Maryland begins sprouting.

I bought a Jacaranda tree for my friend for Christmas. The packaging was great but half of the tree must have gotten frostbite in the shipping process since the needles/leaves are brittle and brown. We took it out of the box the same day I received it and we put it in her greenhouse. Our weather is pretty mild so she's going to plant it, I just hope it survives. Half of the tree looks healthy and green.

I have bought several trees from this company. I will say it is a tad on the expensive side. However, the customer service is just amazing and any time ive needed advice or assistance its just been a joy. So i feel in a sense i pay for the experience as well so for me it is worth it.

Trees arrived on time but disappointedly small for a $70 plant with a couple small leaf. Hope they will survive!

Nicely packaged with care, this tree beats all expectations. It has many buds and a great shape. Looking forward to it leafing out soon.

Ordered a tree. Three weeks later was told tree would be delayed in delivery. Then a week later, I was told the tree could not be delivered to California. Had to choose another tree. Waste of time. Canceled order.

I tried to cancel my order within 5 hours of placing it (on a Sunday evening) and they claimed it was already shipped. They had created a label. Thats it. Poor customer service. I won't be using them again.

Well my trees arrived separately but in good shape. It's too soon to know if they are viable. I'm very disappointed that no planting tips or instructions came with them. I have never seen a Blueberry bush much less know how they should be planted. Do better with better support

The woman whom I placed my order with was so knowledgeable & helpful in helping me select the trees for my daughter as a Christmas gift. Having gone to visit them for Christmas I was able to see the trees myself & was so satisfied with my purchase. They are beautiful, I couldn't have been more pleased with my purchase. Thank you!

I ordered a 5-6 foot cut Fraser Fur for Christmas this year. Last year I got a smaller one from Fast Growing Trees and it was a little too small for me, so I ordered a larger one this year. However, when the tree arrived as was unpacked, the tree is barely 4 foot tall. It was a disappointment to say the least.
