Great products and delivery for a great price. Will continue to buy here for my gardening needs.
I've been scammed by FGT - TWICE. I ordered an indoor house plant on Jan 4, charged on Jan 6 and (after being lied to - twice), not only have I not received the item, they refuse to refund me.
I was excited to send a lemon bush to friends for the holidays. Unfortunately the plant shipped more than 3 weeks late with no communication or heads up when it would ship. Poor customer experience.
2 trees in each box. FedEx did not keep flat. Lots of branches broken.
Terrible, no feedback at all. Did not even care to respond at all
The shipping from South Carolina to California was one day late the tree look like and I think it's dead so I don't know
Trees spent two weeks in garage during brutal cold weather before being transplanted still health on my patio
I ordered 2 lemon trees that were supposed to ship within two days. They never shipped and I contacted the company several times and they kept saying they will ship to give it time even though by that point it had been over a week. After waiting some more without any update I canceled my order.
Trees were delayed in shipment was a bit disappointing but they took care of the issue
Been purchasing from FGT for years. The trees do really well and the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended :)
They were very helpful and telling me when my order was coming in
I ordered this as a Christmas gift in December. It is now February and while I have received at least 50 promotional emails and an invitation to rate my experience, I have no received the tree.
No tree ever arrived. I sent it as a Christmas gift. I live in Italy and my daughter in Chicago loves Meyer lemons. Ha! I don't know if you are a real company or why the tree never arrived but stop sending me letters on how the plant is doing since it never existed.
Great mail order plants and customer service. My favorite online nursery.
Great quality! Great condition! Fast shipping! Easy communication! Highly recommend!
I have purchased several trees over several orders and there is nothing bad I can say about everything so far. I had a tree arrive broken (due to shipping, not Fast Growing Trees) and it was replaced without question immediately. I had a contractor run over that replacement tree (I was sad) and the re-order was during the freezing cold that we normally never have and Fast Growing Trees held on to it until the shipping conditions were right and the 2nd replacement was delivered beautifully. Fast Growing Trees has been terrific and I have many more trees to order and they will be my go-to from now on.
Except for what I bought, it was unclear whether other peach trees would be shipped during dormancy or until spring. So I only ordered a midget peach tree which can be container grown. If the catalog clearly said that trees would be shipped in the spring, I would have bought more.
Every time I got a text you order has been delivered I would have to go around the neighborhood to find it.
I get carried away when I see your ads. I keep wishing for more land so I can continue to add varieties of fruit trees. I purchased a lemon tree years ago and for some reason, last year the thing yielded like it never had before. So I got carried away and bought almost every citrus tree that you sell. Or maybe two of each. I really love your product. The trees arrive in great condition and in some cases, taller than I expected. Thanks for being a rare reliable company. I have no complaints.
The trees were packaged two per box with the pots on the far left and far right (or top and bottom). And they came undone, so they crashed into each other during shipping so they were badly damaged when they arrived. Plus, I bought 3 quart bottles of SuperThrive which were stuck in the middle of these two trees so that it was banging around their trunks. One tree's trunk was broken in 4-5 places. The other lost all its branches but the trunk was still intact. The third tree was in its own box and had no damage. Bottom line the packaging needs to improve big time. Also, they ship from South Carolina, so if you're far from there, I would pass. I'm in southern California and regret ordering from so far away.
