Plants arrived on time well packaged, very healthy with great planting instructions
Had an email saying tree shipped 12/10. Last i heard from you. No response to my email asking where it is. Now its too cold to ship im sure.
Great trees. Healthy and ready to keep on growing. Quick delivery. One tree in a group went astray due to FedEx, but Fast Growing took over and set a date to ship a replacement. Support staff are fantastic. I will continue to buy my plants from them.
I ordered a plant a bit late for my DIL and when it did not show up before Christmas I was not concerned. When it still did not show up a few weeks later AND my credit card was charged I contacted them. I found that the delivery to Fast Growing for that particular plant did not meet their expectations. Good News. Bad News is that they did not refund the money or notify the client (me). They did say I could wait till, I think, March. How hard would it have been to refund my money and let me know to try again in March. At this point they did refund my money. Too Bad.
I am satisfied with the deliveries I received. They were in great condition, and ready for planting. However, one item I ordered (a thornless blackberry bush) has not yet been delivered. Also, there were several items advertised that I desired, but which I discovered upon attempting an order are not available.
I have received two of my orders that were sick and dyeing. I am waiting for some compensation.
2nd tree I bought from you and 1st one produced figs the 1st year and still thriving…so far this new citrus is growing strong

Our company wanted to send a living memorial for a very special man who passed away. We were told his love for the blooms in spring was one of his favorite things. By having this, his family and friends can have that special moment of remembrance in the springtime.
Bought two avocado trees one of them died not sure how to return it
I ordered a Meyer Lemon Tree in mid-December, at which point the site told me that delivery was guaranteed the week of Christmas. Well that week came and went with no shipment. OK, not a huge deal - it's a busy time. Another week goes by without any communication from the FastGrowingTrees team. I reached out for an update and was given a vague response about how they work with a local provider, weather is bad, and they can't provide any updates. Fast forward to well over a month later and it still did not ship. At no point did anyone on the team reach out to me directly to provide an update. I had to be the one to shepherd the process along the entire away. Terrible all-around experience.
I ordered 18 little gem magnolia trees and over the course of the last 8 months had to replace 6 of them.
Tree is ordered arrived dead I had to call customer service who got me with tree experts who told me how to check to see if the tree was dead
I purchased a GC for my sister at Christmas after hearing wonderful things about FGT. The order was seamless, and I think my sister was very excited! Now she can pick the perfect tree for their property, and have it directly shipped to them. And I don't have to wonder if I chose the right tree for them. A win- win!
I made an error as I thought all your trees would be fast growing and so I didn't expect a cut tree ….i thought it would have a root ball and as pictured a pot.
It's ok I had to buy a saw and a tree holder. My fault and no returns.

The tree I ordered for a gift has not even shipped yet but I still keep getting all these emails. No idea what the tree looks like or even if it will be earth and grow. Tree doesn't ship until 2/20.
Ordered two lemon trees 3 years ago. Had 150 myers lemons last fall. Just ordered orange trees and so far it's beautiful. Haven't set outside as of yet but it's so healthy. I know I will have just as much success. Best place I have bought plants. Thank you
I purchased seven trees. All of them were in good health and the correct size. Unfortunately, we experienced a snowstorm right after receiving them which caused a three-week delay in planting. However, they all survived and have since been planted and growing. Very nice trees. The company packed them nicely for shipping which made a huge difference.
Great products and delivery for a great price. Will continue to buy here for my gardening needs.
