I can't get into my account in spite of multiple requests for password reset. I tried setting up an account, thinking I didn't set one up, the message that came up said that my email was already taken (or in use, whatever). Date of experience below is am estimate as I tried on several days.

Difficult to rate yet still dormant. Over all looks good with some budds starting to show
Arrived in good time, well packaged, leaves yellow and falling off, but I imagine that is normal, we will see.
Ordered and fully paid in December, received email few weeks later that product would not ready till end of march. This was supposed to be a January gift for someone. 3 month delay is excessive.

I have placed my order last January 18,2025. Its already the 8th or February and I have not receive the soursop tree yet or an update regarding my purchase. Can you please advise or provide me a tracking number on where my tree is?

I needed help with changing my delivery date. The lady was very pleasant and helpful. We've bought trees from Fast growing trees in the past ages have been very pleased.
Ordered easy shipped easy little delay due to weather & kept me well informed
Everything over ordered had arrived expertly packed with the plants undamaged and in wonderful condition. I haven't experienced them during a growing season yet, but they all came with good roots, and hardy stems. I have high hopes for beautiful books in the spring and summer.
I truly appreciate the many options of all fast growing tree offerings; it's nice versus going to a nursery which has limited varieties.
Only half of my trees were delivered not all the trees i ordered were delivered so its very disturbing to get emails from you when you make it so difficult
Second year in 11 cherries off my 2 trees.
Hopefully more this year. Anna apple bloomed last year but no apples. So maybe this year. Elder, blackberries and mulberry all putting out like crazy, 2nd year on those. New peach, apricot, and pomegranate this year all healthy. So we'll see what happens this summer.
I ordered two trees to be delivered 1 February and I'm still waiting. February 8 now.
I purchased this the for my wife for Christmas. She absolutely loves it, named it Lily and talks to it every day. I think it was a good buy!
I was excited to order these plants, but as soon as they arrived it became a disappointment. The order took over a week which probably caused the issues with the plants i had ordered. I tried to revive them for 2 weeks, but they never came back to life...
Its frusterating not being able to talk to someone at the company about my order, especailly since i have two more plants coming that i have no interest in wasting my time or money on reviving. The make you fill out a form for a return or the warranty. When i saw they had a 1 year warranty i thought that was a good sign that the plants would be good. I've ordered plants, bulbs, seeds online and never had a plant arrive in such bad shape.
I ordered the ice-cream Java banana tree and when the sapling arrived all 3 of the leaves were damaged and super droopy, covered in mud. In 2 days the plant wilted.

I really love the professionalism of this company. I ordered two plants and the first was shipped so quickly, I received it in a couple of days. The tree was in excellent condition and continues to flourish in my apartment, it is very healthy! I also appreciate the quick shipping to avoid any damage to the tree. My second plant has been delayed because it isn't ready yet, but the company has kept me updated the entire time on its progress. I appreciate that they also want to make sure the plant is ready to ship before sending it too soon. You can tell that they truly care about the health of their products and give them the best chance for a great life! I look forward to watching my plants grow and hopefully will have some beautiful fruits in the future! Thank you!
