Okame Cherry Tree I had ordered did not last long. Contacted customer service and worked out a plan to ship an Eastern Redbud replacemant. C/S very helpful and Redbud thriving.
I have purchased several fruit trees flowering tree probably about 8 to 10 years ago when I live at my old address, I sold that a house seven years ago so now I'm trying to make a new garden
I have been enjoying the 44 trees that I purchased 4 years ago. Love them and they are all still growing.
We have bought numerous trees and shrubs from FGT. The most impressive result has got to be our Thula Giants... they are now enormous and a wonderful wind break. Apricots, pears, spruce, hemlock, cherry, pecan... you name it we've bought it. We LOVE FGT!
All trees bought last fall one banana and 2 date palms dead
One of my plants had been damaged in shipping. It was replaced immediately.
The only issue I had was that I was sent the wrong trees. They were labeled correctly; however, they were not the trees I ordered, but I love them anyway. They are thriving and beautiful.
I observed many positive reviews about this supplier and after ordering a couple apple and pear trees I was impressed with the size, health, and condition of these trees. The reasonable cost was also very helpful. Young trees have a lot of enemies. I hope to minimize their fatalities in the first year or two with this supplier.
I purchased over 90 privacy trees several years back. Only 2 of them failed. I've purchased a lilac tree and a Cleveland pear tree and both took off better than expected. This business earned my trust and I continue placing orders with them for myself and for my sister, knowing I will get a quality plant no matter what I order. Very highly recommended.
Some of the trees I have purchased were shipped as "bare root stock" rather than as well rooted and potted trees. This sets back the growth of your landscape by at least 1 year. The fact that the trees were being sold as bare root stock was "disguised" by shipping the trees in a pot of soil. The soil however simply falls away from the roots of the tree when you go to plant it. One time when I complained about this I was sent a replacement tree that was, again, a bare rooted tree.
I believe my sister did the buying she had no complaints
Their guarantees are flawless. When aspen tree arrived very sad, it was immediately replaced. My grove is thriving
It's easy to order and products are predictably good.
I had bought before transplanted 2 years ago only 2 died.
Be warned! The guarantee is not a replacement... you still have to pay for a new one to be delivered at a pretty hefty price (especially when you're already upset that a plant had to die to find out about it!)
It was good. But cannot remember what I ordered, I have moved
I had wonderful success with ordering multiple container citrus from Fast Growing Trees two years ago. Those container citrus exceeded expectations! They came safely to my door securely packed and large, healthy specimens. All have been vigorous growers. Now that I'm retired, I'm trying an edible landscape for my yard so I immediately thought of FGTs. Because of my full trust in this company, I just bought BOTH a 3 in one cherry tree and 3 in one pear tree. Since I'm now in my 70s, I really pray these new trees don't disappoint and are just as beautiful as the ones I received in the past! Fingers crossed the pear and cherry trees are mature/ extra large so they fruit as quickly as the citrus did!
I ordered 10 Giant Thunja trees last year. They were very well packed, and looked very nice when I received them. They are going strong after a year in the ground. I also ordered a beautiful red maple which is doing amazing!
