Never received my raspberry bush was supposed to be here last week. Previously sent email about my 4 in 1 pear tree that came very damaged because you packed it with my blackberry bush which was also damaged never heard back. So was wary about ordering again.

Plants came to me in good shape, well packaged and excellent prices.

Fast GrowingTrees has been very good about replacing trees if they did not arrive in good condition. Shipping has been on time.

Have purchased 20 trees, several decorative grasses and all have been well received, excellent quality, did very well in our yard! Will continue to buy from Fast Growing Trees!

Ordering was quick and easy. Unfortunately I did not opt for the long warranty and my plants died. I think my problems were soil related. I am trying again

Excellent Customer Service. One of the larger Evergreen Trees I ordered & received was delivered in a large, tall box that was badly damaged. My family & I agreed, the damage occurred during transit. We were very concerned that the tree might be damaged. I called Customer Service immediately prior to opening the box to view the trees condition. The representative asked for my information. He was able to see the picture clearly taken by FedEx/UPS upon delivery. The representative was assigned to my purchase, saw ALL of the information, then guided me through my next steps. My representative assured me that if there was ANY visible damage to the tree... a new replacement would be sent immediately. Fortunately, to my delight, there was no visible damage to my tree. My "new addition" to our home was absolutely beautiful. Lush, healthy baby Evergreen tree had survived. I believe my tree survived due to the amazing, thoughtful packaging by Fast Growing Trees. My 2 trees were planted the next day, and appear to be thriving. We had lots of rain with strong winds, with colder temperatures the next couple of days... My "babes" withstood the whole ordeal. Due to this very PLEASANT, PROFESSIONAL experience with Fast Growing Trees Customer Service & Product Quality, I've just ordered 2 more Evergreen Trees. I will write an update...

I placed an order for thirty two arbor vities months before I intended to plant them. I could not figure out how to choose my delivery date online so I ended up calling. Despite the fact that it was a sunday, I got a return call in short order. The agent I chatted with reassured me about a delivery date and we also chattrd about the planting and kind of care I needed ahead. It felt like I was talking to an old friend. My plants are now in ground and doing well.

Everything thing I have purchased from Fast Growing Trees has done very well. Except for a rose bush and a tree. I recommend thier products to everyone. But when it came to the tree. I was disappointed by customer service. I actually purchased 2 of the trees. The other is thriving and doing great... purchased at the same time... I just wish they would have replaced the tree. They one year guarantee had to have been on my order as the order was a very large order of several things not just the trees but they told me No..

I tried to file a claim but to no avail because my son who is the recipient forgot to take photos of the dead trees before pulling them. I have ordered 14 trees from you and I would expect you would trust me that two had died.

Bought a Japanese Empress tree. It grew like Jack and the Beanstalk!

I did a large order for some shrubs and trees last year to decorate my new house's landscape. This included a Coral bark Japanese maple. It was everything I dreamed of. I was so excited when it leafed out this past spring and was looking stunning, meaning it had survived our rather harsh winter we had just had. Then, randomly, over a two day period it dropped all of its leaves. Now the beautiful red bark has turned black in patches all over it. I was disappointed it died 2 weeks past the one year warranty. Especially after it had fully leafed out and was looking amazing. However, I still called customer service to find out if they could give insight to what may have happened before I decided to try again or not. To my delight, being so close to warranty, they offered to still replace the tree! It was truly great to deal with them and how very understanding of my situation they were. 10/10 for customer support and honoring the warranty. I recommend this place to anyone that mentions needing to landscape.

I have purchased from Fast Growing Trees several times over the years. They have anything your mind can dream up, whether species, size, or price. I have been trying to find an elderberry bush locally at nurseries with no luck. Of course FGT has them. I just ordered two and they will arrive next week! The wait is over! Thank you FGT!
