1st year with musa basjoo I ordered, followed all instructions for winterizing plant and thought I would find signs of life by now on may 1st in zone 6... my fear is that it died?
Every tree I planted is doing so amazingly well with 100% useless company again
Overall very good service. Received tree in good condition and was pleased.
One of my trees arrived sticking out of the shipping container and very curved. I contacted customer service and was told that it should straighten up which it had and growing very nicely.
Had a cold hard avacado tree the was less then year old. It died and Fast going trees after seeing photo gave me full credit
Which I turned around and bought 2 more trees Very reputable company

Ordered 2 berry bushes as birthday gifts,
Paid $116. They were shipped a month later than expected.
When I received them, all I got was a stick in a smashed pot of dirt- not one leaf on the plant- there is no way they would ever be okay for a gift, or even have any fruit this season, if they survive -
Very disappointing, never order again -
I was very happy with my order. However, when planting one of my trees, a main root broke off.it was right at the soil line. When I let customer service know they had me send a photo and PROMPTLY replaced the damaged tree! All the trees I've planted are doing extremely well. I will be ordering more as my landscaping continues. Thank you FGT for everything.
I ordered a blueberry bush as part of the buy one get one. Right after I placed my order I realized that the BOGO didn't work. I immediately emailed asking for help to either cancel it or change it to add the BOGO. I never received a response despite being told someone did respond. I don't know where or how they sent the response because I never got it. Also, there response was how to do a BOGO properly and DID NOT help me with either of my requests. Your products are expensive so getting the BOGO would have made me feel better about purchasing. But no one seems to care. If it's truly a BOGO, you could have sent me the other blueberry bush for free.
Product delivery to wrong address. Plants dying or dead. Jump through hoops for replacements Company has trust issues
Ordering was easy. Arrived in good condition at the proper time for my location. Can't wait to enjoy some raspberries!
My family has ordered many trees from this company over the last few years. All trees have arrived in great condition and are all doing well. I would absolutely recommend them to others. We are very satisfied with them.
Excellent customer service great shipping. All the plants come in great condition. They accidentally sent plants to another place and went ahead and filled that order and sent them to me. All their all their plants are beautiful and they're all doing well.
At first they gave me a delivery date. Then they significantly delayed it. Then after waiting for the delayed arrival, I was informed they couldn't fulfill the original order for two 4-5 ft trees I had ordered but could substitute them for 3-4 ft trees- no additional i formation was given. I had to contact them to ask what the price difference would be and after learning the significantly smaller trees would only be reduced by $5.00 I declined and told them I wouldn't never attempt to order from them again after this first terrible overall experience! The didn't seem to care. Beware! They are not delivering on items as they are described and their customer er service stinks!
I love this nursery! I have purchased many plants from Fast Growing Trees and I have never been disappointed. Everything has been delivered healthy and grown quickly. In addition to the plants being healthy, their sales are something to take advantage of (and they are always having a sale.
I have had decent plants come in the past. My latest order in 2025 was unhealthy, damaged, that were expensive - still have not heard back from customer service...
I purchased four sky pencil Holly's a year ago. They have no leaves remaining on them. They look like sticks coming up from the ground. They will not be replaced because you say they're alive. I also purchased three Italian Cypress that are predominantly brown and probably will die by the end of next week. I'm not sure what the problem is but I will no longer be purchasing from you.
I ordered a dogwood tree that is about 4 feet tall (above the root ball). It was shipped promptly and very well packaged. It was of the size ordered, in very good condition. It was just starting to leaf out and after about a month has continued normally.
Purchased 2 Haas Avocado trees last year. They came with the Alive and Thrive guarantee. Although we did everything recommended, the trees died. Fast Growing Trees, after we provided the proof needed, they gave us full credit. We were able to purchase the Greek Olive trees, and they arrived a few days later and are doing great! Very pleased!
I chose this company because I thought I was getting a bigger bang for my buck. The tree that arrived was small and "frail". It's alive but that's about it. I could have purchased a bigger and healthier tree of the same species cheaper at my local Menards.
