I am very pleased with my recent tree purchase. The tree arrived in a timely fashion. The box handled the trip very well and the tree was in excellent shape when I opened the box. The tree is already showing signs of taking root. I have purchased numerous items over the years and all but one were wonderful.
70% survival rate 3 months in. To reach a minimum of 50 characters I'm going to describe this as many times as it takes seven out of the 10 trees I bought are still alive three died how about that?
The trees are great. Unfortunately 3 of the 20 trees have died. But you will have that! Overall happy. Would order again.
My gardener, who is of no little experience, planted this tree. It had green but withered leaves, then one branch died, shortly thereafter everything died.
I ordered an orange tree from here and never received any emails about when it was shipped. It was extremely hard to get to customer on the phone. Almost impossible. I had to select BS options. When I finally got to someone, it sounded like they were from overseas, they wouldn't tell me about my order? Only that they needed to speak with a supervisor. About 20 min later, they said my tree shipped and they assume it died. They set up another tree to ship. I declined because there was absolutely zero communication from them. I didn't believe the rep. I would never order something from here again. They refunded my money. Surprisingly timely.
I have had an amazing experience with FastGrowingTrees.com. I have ordered 32 Evergreen Trees and they were amazing then ordered 32 more. I have gotten 10 concord grape vines, 4 Olive trees, 3 Pomegranate bushes and 2 cherry trees this year and they all came packaged very well. They were delivered very quickly and great instructions. The team there is amazing and always willing to help with great knowledge. I have found my tree amazon and the FedEx team is getting to know me very well.
Purchased red crepe Myrtle it died and was replaced with no problems. Nero plants carried very healthy and with blooms Will continue to use this company
They sent a tree that looked like it had been pulled out of a pot, shoved in a burlap bag and filled with loose potting soil. The tree had new growth of 5-6 inches. When it arrived, all new growth was shriveled to nothing. I still had freezing weather. Needless to say the tree lost all new growth when planted out. Now it is a bare dead stick. I guess the birds can use it as a perch.
I never received my order but the best part of my transaction was the fast refund I received. This was my first and probably last order.
I ordered three citrus trees and was both surprised and impressed with how healthy and vigorous each of the three were upon arrival. They were planted within 48 hours and have done extremely well. They went through a period of no growth, but no loss of greenery or vigor either. Now that they have been planted for over a month, they are all showing signs of fresh, new growth. Very satisfied and highly recommend. I intend to order more from Fast Growing Trees in the future as I increase my garden space.
Have had great experiences with FGTrees! Have ordered several times and plants have thrived. My latest order was a bit beat up and one pot partially spilled. I planted all right away as I already had holes dug and waiting. Been several days in ground now and they are perking up well. That was the shipper's fault! FGT packs everything very well!
Ordered a 6 pack of white pines while they were on sale, as normally they seem to be expensive. Planted them in mid April. Its June and I would estimate they have already growing between 5-8 inches. We will see if they last.
The kit to secure the tree was absolute $#*!. The rope kept breaking over and over. The lavender looks like it might die.
Good selection although there was some delay in fulfilling the order, once complete it was smooth. Day after ordering there was a new offer for free shipping and when requested they did adjust the order to include the free shipping. FedEx delivery was slow and actually still waiting for the order to be received and Fed Ex really not updating the delivery time since over the weekend.
I had issues with damage from shipper and when I called about it I received the best customer service ever! I wish all companies would follow your lead. Thank you again.
They sent me 2 hedges as I requested. After a couple of weeks one hedge did not look good. They said it was due to stress. I gave it a couple more weeks and they said give it another 4 weeks. A dying plant doesn't need more time to die. Now I have one good plant and the other one will never catch up in size.
I bought several trees from Home Depot and Fast Growing. I expected the trees from Fast Growing, given that they were twice the price, to be fuller and more mature. Instead it was the opposite. And of the two trees that are struggling and look the worst after being planted - both are from Fast Growing.
I had ordered 8 Frost Proof Gardenias on 7/28/24,2 of which began dying within 7 months of ordering them. I contacted FastGrowingTrees by email twice on 3/27/25 and 4/7/25, with photo proof attached, requesting replacement of the dying gardenias or a refund. Each of the gardenias cost $53.95 plus tax. To date, I still have not received a response, replacement or refund. It obvious that they don't intend to honor their so-called 1-year Alive & Thrive guarantee, so I guess I will have to take this matter up with my credit card company to resolve this matter.
Got my trees with little dirt because they removed a lot of it to save on shipping I would assume. One of them perished after two weeks and when claimed the warranty they just got around the bush and said that because it was out of the recommended zone they won't honor it. I asked what is the temperature range and they just replied that in my zone was too hot. The temperature at that time were in between 75 to 85 degrees, but let aside that they weaken the tree when dirt was removed in the first place. What is worse is that my other trees I got the same day from them seem to be struggling as much even though they are recommended for my zone.
1. Tulip popular Tree way overdue. Should have been more candid and given credit 2. Some of the plants were poorly packaged and the soil was so dry it fell off the plant.
3. You should have warned the customer that the texas oak tree was coming from AZ who has very inferior packaging 4. No plant expert willing to help me with the struggling plants…
5. The St Tropez rose dead etc… I bought a St Tropez rose Tree last year it is thriving which proves a personnel issue.
6. Customers are paying exorbitant price for consistent high quality service.
