It took a while to deliver but the plant was healthy and thriving
I love the variety of the plants. They have some I can't find anywhere else.
There was an error with my order and customer service was able to handle it quickly and to my satisfaction.
I have approximately $1200 worth of trees from this place. Only 2 issues and they resolved them both.
My go to place for plants. Always come fast and packed well. Haven't had a failure yet and have used them for all of my outdoor spaces.
My first dogwood failed to thrive. 2023 I think!

My gardenia arrived broken from shipping. I sent pictures they asked for more pictures then it was crickets on their end no response and no replacement despite numerous follow ups. However my one bottle Neem arrived with a puncture and drained out and they sent a replacement for that right away. My blood gold japanese maple arrived dormant and come spring time it didn't bud and was obviously dead. They replaced it with a store credit. I just don't understand why not send a replacement gardenia.
They have always responded when a plant died and worked with me to get a replacement
I purchased two apple trees, blackberries a lemon tree and some supplies. The trees were all very healthy. My lemon is planted and doing great! I am planting the rest of the trees this week. I love the health of the plants, and all of the expert information to get the job done right! I feel confident since I know I can call for advice anytime. Thank you for getting me started with fruit on my new farm!

But I trust this company to give me the best they can. When I order a tree of a certain height, I actually get it. Ordered 2 trees from around April this year (2025). 1 Peach tree (4'-5') and the Burgundy plum tree (4'-5'). The peach tree arrived first. And was planted --No problem-- the next day the plum arrived (1day later). Watched and watered from then on. No new growth/green anywhere on tree.
