I have a few trees perish from a big batch I ordered, and was concerned I might be given a hard time requesting a one year replacement guarantee. To my surprise, within a day I received an invoice for the shipping of the replacements, no questions asked! What a great customer service! I'm sure I'll be getting another big batch next summer as I know they back up their promise.
Wonderful experience with all of our plants. We have ordered multiple times. Everything is thriving!
We ordered 36 Arborvitae Trees that came in boxes and were Delivered on time. The trees looked pretty good and look forward to them growing strong.
I love opening the box to meet my new, strong and healthy tree. Every time.
Impressive response from customer support when some of the plants I ordered didn't survive.
We ordered a maple tree, 2 blue hydrangea bushes and 1 white hydrangea bush. All plants arrived on time and are very healthy. We are very happy with the purchases we've made from Fast Growing Trees!
I ordered 20 arborvitae and a pink dogwood. The arborvitae were all delivered in great shape and in the first four months, they have all done well. The dogwood had a broken main branch in shipment and they replaced it immediately. The second one arrived with the trunk snapped a foot above the root ball. They were out of dogwood trees and issued a gift card. Both instances were due to mishandling by the shipping company, but FGT kept their promise and made it right. Thank you for top-notch customer service.
I purchased several Italian Cypress trees from Fast Growing Trees to create a focal point and separation between two RV lots in the neighborhood where I owned a vacation property. They arrived healthy and grew quickly. What an impact they made! I'm ordering from this company again and recommend it highly.
Delivery was fast and packaging was excellent for the most part. One of my trees was broken during shipping but they were awesome about replacing it for me.
Ordered 9 trees…6 mos in they started to get sickly looking…and they were immediately replaced after taking a few pics and sending one email…and the company even suggested waiting until the hot weather was over before sending to ensure better conditions for planting…very good customer service!
Bought trees in 2024 & 2025, lost 2 from 2024 order but need to call about guarantee, very happy with trees shipped otherwise
I order from FGT because they have elsewhere-unavailable varieties. When the plants I've bought haven't thrived, they have honored their warranty. Locally sourced fruit and nut trees are usually <1/3 the price so we order a ton from local places.
Waiting for an order fruit tree July 22 and was paid for it was a gift
I bought a few trees from Fast Growing Trees and was very pleased. Then I found another company in Tennessee that sells them for less and they send 2 for 1. Unfortunately they send two because you're lucky if you can get one to take root. And then they are dry root so while my Fast Growing river birch are shooting up like a Space X rocket, my Tennessee garbage only has a few leaves sticking 3 inches out of the ground. Total waste of time and money. If I'm lucky it will be 3 or 4 years to get the height and health of what my Fast Growing Trees have done in just a single year.
Plants were not treated well during shipping. Delivery gentleman just tossed the plant boxes on the driveway in the hot sun. Upon opening up the boxes, most of the soil was throughout the plants packing and the leaves on all the plants were wilted. It took about three weeks for the plants to come back to life.
Good,
Everything shipped as ordered and survived the trip to hot as hell California!
Customer service was excellent regarding a delayed shipment. Item arrived in great condition.
Purchased a lemon and lime tree and both are doing great. Had a big aphid problem but both trees are fine now with just a good spray from our hose.
Even when I had a tree not survive, it was promptly replaced. Love this site
The crepe myrtle I bought about 7 years ago is thriving and beautiful!
