The lemon and avocado trees i purchased previously survived a severe winter in large pots.
I've ordered six fruit trees and 3 flowering vines. The trees have been in the found boxes last December and are doing great. On did come damaged and it was replaced. I believe the issue was too many things in the same box. I received my vines yesterday and on was broken so waiting to hear about replacement or refund. Again, there were 3 plants in one box and I believe that's where the damage was done. Need to work on the packaging of multiple plants in same box. They dosed the first
Issue right away and I'm confident they'll right this one. Good company to do business with and support in excellent. If it weren't for the mentioned issues, they'd get 5 stars for sure.
My tree was delivered when it was supposed to. Trouble with tree as I planted while we were having 100 degree days. Got a gift card for that one and reordered for October delivery
This company has been a pleasure to work with. Their product has been great and their customer service even better. One order did not fair well and the company honored their word and has sent my replacement plants. I will be using them again in the future.

My Douglas fir just completely is dead. I submitted photos and even had it caged to prevent deer from getting to it. I watered it during dry spells too

AVery responsive to reimburse damage plants. Plants were in great condition and if they didn't survive you replaced it with a credit. Thank you for such good service.
I had things missing from an order once but yall have made up for it and more with time! This is now my fourth order!
Needed a replacement and it was taken care of. Yearly insurance is good.
Ordering was easy. Even though the tree shipping was delayed--it was communicated without me having to question it. When it arrived it was in great shape and is now thriving in my greenhouse (planted here so it is in 1 place all year round).
