Avocados died in Lowcountry of SC.
Delivery condition sometimes very sloppy and poorly packaged despite an incalculable number of staples. Trees arrive very dry.
I purchased 10 trees. They were delivered in good condition. One tree died and had to be replaced. The process was easy and I received a replacement quickly.
Selection and plant quality were biggest attractions from past orders. I had a little confusion checking out when applying discounts. Application of discount codes can be easily overlooked. Other than that, it was smooth sailing! Thanks.
Very fast and convenient delivery time, however some plants are in bad shape, I ordered more trees now in hope they arrive in a better shape
My last order had some smaller trees than others, I hope this new order has all trees at the same size and as big as possible, thanks

I had a problem with my plant and I contacted the company. They issued a credit and I just purchased some new pants today. Customer service is excellent!

I received half of one order on a Wednesday and the other half didn't get there until a week later. The boxes were smashed flat the trees inside damaged and shriveled and only half of them have lived and thrived in four months
I needed to cancel an order. I asked for a refund, and it was granted within hours.
Ordered, trees lost, sent replacements, 4 died and had to take multiple photos, then a scratch test with more photos and pay shipping fee for replacements for dead trees sent. Never again.
My only complaint would be that I have spent over $1500. 00 in various trees and plants. If i ordered them all at once, i would get big discounts, but would be overwhelmed with plants. You should have a different discount option for regular customers who want to order smaller amounts and space out deliveries.
Trees were much smaller that anticipated. I was expecting them to be taller to start as I want these to be a fence cover for the rear of my yard. Hopefully they will grow quickly
Received my Strawberry plants quickly amd in good condition. Instructions for planting were very clear and the website has good support.
Couldn't find a purple lilac locally but the very Fast Growing Trees where I just bought 8 Nellie Steven's Holly Shrube from came through again.
A blue Thalia came brown and the associate would not do anything for me because I did not buy the plan. I ordered several in 2020
I have been shopping with Fast Growing Trees for years. I recommend them to friends. I have at least 7 fruit filled plants from this organization.
Ordered 8 trees in the spring and they all arrived in great condition. They have done well all summer and now have ordered 12 more!

The lemon and avocado trees i purchased previously survived a severe winter in large pots.
I've ordered six fruit trees and 3 flowering vines. The trees have been in the found boxes last December and are doing great. On did come damaged and it was replaced. I believe the issue was too many things in the same box. I received my vines yesterday and on was broken so waiting to hear about replacement or refund. Again, there were 3 plants in one box and I believe that's where the damage was done. Need to work on the packaging of multiple plants in same box. They dosed the first
Issue right away and I'm confident they'll right this one. Good company to do business with and support in excellent. If it weren't for the mentioned issues, they'd get 5 stars for sure.
