Poor packaging. Poor delivery Nut trees have never produced any nuts!
Ordered a tree for my mom but unfortunately a core ate it.
The trees were delivered on time and were packaged extremely well. Wide variety of trees and great prices.

I have purchased a number of trees and flowering bushes and have been very happy with the condition of my plants when they arrived. I have found Jacaranda and Chocolate Mimosas here, and just bought a cold hardy avocado.
So far my previous purchases some have live but most have died. I will try once more but if these don't live, I will have to look elsewhere.
Have bought from FGT before and there choice of shrubs I find are better then the box stores near me.
The last three shipments that I have received from you have arrived in very rough shape. All 3 shipments were very dry when they arrived(in two days). I unpacked and watered them immediately on arrival, but it took weeks for them to recover. I got 6 Limelight hydrangeas, you replaced 4 and only 3 of the 10 have lived. I also got 6 Weigelas, and they arrived with most of the foliage dead, but they all have survived after a few weeks of TLC. I'm going to try again, hopefully with a better result!
A plans was broken in the box and communicated with the customer service team and they replaced the plant. Happy with their service.
It was ok but with the lack of rain they struggled, I lost one so need to order another one

The Italian Plumb did not make it, the weather in NE is hard to predict but the trees were sent early but Mother Nature decided it wanted the ground cold. Regardless, they kicked back some money and I bought something else, good enough for me.
