Just kind of felt like they did not want to honor the one year warranty by suggesting that I did something to cause my plants to die. When I explained that I purchased appx 100 and 4 out of 100 had an issue I was then credited with the refund.
Disappointed that the tree i was looking forward to the most was just a branch you cut off a tree and sent to me. Don't get me wrong I know that works. But it could have had actial roots in soil when you sent it to me. Might have had better luck with keeping it alive if I could keep more than 1 of 2 leaves on it. Once it got hot they just wilted away and it died. I ain't mad, just slightly disappointed with what I received for the price. However the warranty was honored, I just had to pay shipping on the new tree because the 4-5ft trees were out of stock, which is slightly annoying, but I understand why.
Some of the plants were smaller than I thought they would be.
So far they have been responsive to issues and questions.

Trees arrived healthy but all died three weeks after planting
