Poor communication from you guys. Then half the 16 trees I planted died after about 45 days.
Not so fast the tree died, I think it was dead before it got here.
I've purchased an olive tree and a fig tree. They came quickly and in good condition. My fig tree was just a stick, but started sprouting big beautiful leaves within a week of planting.

Bought 2 cherry trees, 1 died, this order is to replace it.
A few plants arrived ok but the blood good Japanese maple tree and one of the hydrangeas （endless summer) was like dying. It took me some effort to recover the hydrangeas and I am unsure if the maple tree will or not. Overall 6 out of 11 trees I bought are looking good when they arrived.
The trees had died, I didn't realize in the warranty that you only get back half your money and I ended up not buying more plants
The tree lost 50% of the leaves and hasn't grown at all, please advise.
