I have had 2 of the 4 trees I have purchased, die. That was on the BOGO. I'm thinking that it's not worth it to do the BOGO. I'm really happy with my other 2 trees though.
Have been 100% satisfied with ALL previous purchases. E.g. Health of trees, size, packaging GREAT!

I've been buying plants for years and one of the best parts was the customer service. Used to be super easy to get help when guarantee/warrantees needed to be used. The customer service people are still great to work with, but now it's more of a process that requires filling out forms online which detracts from the efficiency and customer service aspect on the consumer end. This aspect has caused me to think of Fast Growing Trees less favorable, recommend them less, and look to buy plants elsewhere.
Have ordered smaller trees in that past that were straight and healthy.
