We purchased two trees and recognized the top part of the Red Bud would not produce new growth - it seemed like the tree had been graphed but the upper part of the graph did not take hold. I had to call to prove it twice before receiving a replacement tree.
Many of the plants that arrived were already browning. Their guarantee for problems with their products is false advertising. I had to fight with them to get a plant replaced twice. All of the plants I purchased from them are dying at this point. Bad quality and they bring in plant eating bugs that come attached to their plants which the start killing my other indoor plants that had NO problems and NO bugs!
I called customer service because I wanted to place an order to take advantage of sale prices but wanted to delay the ship date because we were going to be away when the order would have been delivered. The girl was very helpful( I'm sorry I can't remember her name) with my request.
Both trees, Stella cherry tree and Pistachio tree arrived with brown edged leaves and very dry. Despite great efforts to help de-stress both trees no new growth occurred and both trees are dead.
Planted my 2nd set of trees in fall and they didnt turn out. Now the first set are going to be alot taller then my 2 nd set because in redoing then a year in half later. Hope they will send me bigger trees for replacement so they kinda stay the same height
The tree was completely dry when I received it. Looked dead. Jury is still out on if it survives and start growing next spring.
I have ordered trees and bushes and all were packaged very well and came healthy. There is always someone to talk to if I need help or ask questions. Great customer service.

Both trees I ordered are dead. According to my tree service, the time it took to ship them was too long for them to be without light and air. There should have been holes in the box.
I've bought a few different things from fast-growing-trees.com now. The only issue I've had is a couple of trees came smashed in their box (completely the delivery driver's fault). Shot an email to the company and everything was replaced immediately with no charge to me. As a small business owner, I strive to build a reputation with my clients as impressive as I've found fast-growing-trees.com.
I ordered 5 Thumbalina Thuja evergreen trees which were planted in early Sept in zone 7. As of Nov. 1st, they are thriving!
Not always the best and past trees have been skimpy, but it's convenient and usually cheaper than local nurseries.
Only issue I have had was a yarrow that was delivered mostly dried out and dead. It didn't make it. I still need to put in a request for a refund, but that is such a hassle in general.
The trees are the best at survive. N that i.ve seen.
My plant was delivered with TLC & pack well! It came with instructions & before expected date of arrival.
I once had an issue with a vanilla orchard I bought and it was replaced quick and now my vanilla orchid is thriving so much i had to get a new moss pole for him. That one experience of a company actually doing what they say has made me a lifetime customer. I never shop anywhere else. I know that you will send me the best quality plants. Then you for being so great
My trees always arrive healthy and grow well, for a while. I have managed to over water my previous trees so this time will be different!
The website is a lot easier to use now. And, they usually have pretty good trees.
Healthy plants that grow well. Fruit trees grafted to fruit sooner. Have had a lot of great experiences with plants from Fast Growing Trees. I also like how it recommends the exact fertilizer you need for what you're buying.
